"I was nervous about ordering skiis online, but your website made it so easy. The emails sent were great and I could track my package and new what day they were arriving. When I realized I ordered the wrong size poles and called the company, Mike was great! So kind and helpful and understanding. He asked how tall j was and told me what pole size I should have ordered and sent them to me immediately! Thank you soooo much. I went skiing this last weekend and the quality of the equipment was perfect. "

"I just bought my second pair of skis from skiessentials. They have AMAZING customer service and were the cheapest option too. Best part is being able to call and having someone answer right away though. If you ever have any issues, they will take care of you. Can't recommend enough."

"I'm planning a ski trip for Christmas and wanted to prepare as soon as possible. Don't know much about skiing so figured I'd ask around and do some research. "I had no intentions of buying skis this year but I have been watching all their reviews on you tube and they are unbiased through and understandable. When it came time to make my purchase they had expert advice specific to my needs and responded to every email and answered every call I had. Lastly they help me decide on all the upgrades like Phantom 2.0 wax and upgrading bindings that would work better for my needs. They really took the time to make sure my experience would be the best. They also made sure I would have my new set up by the first trip of the year. Thanks again peeps. It was money well spent. Dont tell my wife. "

New Skis

"I had been exploring Skiessentials' site and blog for some time in a quest to research a pair of new skis. I found it to be of tremendous resource and beyond that of any other single site. I also received a very prompt, detailed and helpful response to my blog inquiry regarding a specific pair of skis. Once I decided to order, Skiessentials went so far as to out match a competitors match on Price. I telephoned in my order on Saturday and the skis arrived with bindings mounted the next Thursday. They took the worry out of buying skis on line. I will certainly continue to look to Skiessentials as gear needs grow. I am very pleased. "

Best Online Ski Seller

"Hands down the best ski shop that has the best customer service and best prices. Owen helped me more then any other ski shop and helped make me feel comfortable with both my purchases for my wife's skies and my new skies. He gave me great feedback about my decision and took care of my orders a couple of times when I made mistakes. When talking over the phone you can tell they actually care that you get the right gear even though they are a many states away, doesn't get better then that for customer service. Excellent Sales/Customer Support

"I ordered a pair of skis with bindings, or so I thought, only to realize that I ordered the skis without bindings. I called Alli and she was able to correct my order over the phone making the necessary price adjust. Then, I realized that the DIN range on the bindings offered with the ski would be too high for my son, as U16 ski racer. I called Alli back again and she was able to swap the bindings for one with an appropriate DIN range.

Throughout my entire transaction and interaction with the shop, Alli was professional, informative, polite and patient. Couldn't ask for more!

Can't wait to see my son ripping up the race course on these skis!!

Best outdoor industry service I have experienced!

"I bought a pair if ski boots nearly a year ago, at discount no less, and was unable to ski due to a health condition. I called and spoke with customer service, fully not expecting to be able to return them, but I thought I would try anyways. Much to my surprise, they accepted the product back. Not saying they will do this in every situation, but the fact they went above and beyond their standard policy, is why they do so well. I called and after two rings, a real human answered the phone and solved my problem in less than 5 minutes. Bottom line, if you need ski gear, I highly recommend buying from SkiEssentials.com."

"I was very pleased with my recent experience I have received by buying my new skis on: www.skiessentials.com

I have never bought a ski I haven't tried, not even for other countries. I watched a few videos and I have fallen in love with the ski I have seen and bought. However I wasn't sure about the right size for me. I have sent an email to ask a few questions and the answer from customer advisor Patrick Kerwawycz was an example of good customer service by going the extra mile to make me feel special. I have also received 10% discount to complete my order.

I have to say working with a sense of urgency is, to me, a sign of respect for the customer’s time, and a mandatory aspect of good care service. Some workers elsewhere feel that having a sense of urgency is demeaning or some sort of personal sacrifice; that’s the furthest thing from the truth; it’s a sign of dedication, respect, and professionalism, Patrick ticked all above.

You will be pleased if you choose to buy anything for your ski holiday. My ski will arrive to United Kingdom in 4 days. After over all experience I will highly recommend the website to anyone who needs anything for winter.
