"I ordered a pair of skis with bindings, or so I thought, only to realize that I ordered the skis without bindings. I called Alli and she was able to correct my order over the phone making the necessary price adjust. Then, I realized that the DIN range on the bindings offered with the ski would be too high for my son, as U16 ski racer. I called Alli back again and she was able to swap the bindings for one with an appropriate DIN range.
Throughout my entire transaction and interaction with the shop, Alli was professional, informative, polite and patient. Couldn't ask for more!
Can't wait to see my son ripping up the race course on these skis!!

I have never bought a ski I haven't tried, not even for other countries. I watched a few videos and I have fallen in love with the ski I have seen and bought. However I wasn't sure about the right size for me. I have sent an email to ask a few questions and the answer from customer advisor Patrick Kerwawycz was an example of good customer service by going the extra mile to make me feel special. I have to say working with a sense of urgency is, to me, a sign of respect for the customer’s time, and a mandatory aspect of good care service.
