If I didn't have my husband to help me I would not have been able to figure it out on my own; and there was no shipping confirmation sent (which should have been for the price I paid for shipping!!) so until it arrived I had no idea it had even shipped on time as promised. Call the next day for shipping verification.
OOPS there is a problem it will not ship on time and it won't make it to the conference.
NO contact about problems.
Their only solution is a refund! A refund on the day it was supposed to ship!
I asked to speak with Adam's supervisor, Emma, but she never called me back.
I found a local printer that uploaded my file and had absolutely no issues opening or working with my image.
I will tell every marketing professional I know to stay away from this place."
"The detail and quality is amazing and they print a custom size that you pick and fit to create the perfect design. My only issue I ran into was with the background. It’s hard to know if the transparent background will be apart of the sticker or not. I was making one for glass and I wanted each letter as a sticker and not a clear background with the letters printed on it"
