"As the sign looks good it doesn't fit correctly in the metal frame and had to zip tie the sign to the frame to keep it from falling out. Maybe my sign was one that got cut a little too short, but other than falling out, the frame is nice and the image of the sign looks good too. I think I may need to use the higher quality material when I get another."

"I've ordered several banners for high school sports in the past. I usually design my own since I'm very familiar with design templates, software platforms, and photography. I was designing one banner for a high school athlete to possibly get a contract for our regional school district and sports banners. Trying to work with the design template took me over 2 hours as each move or change would literally take 10-20 seconds to accomplish. What should have taken me 20-30 minutes ended up taking 2 hours to make one banner. When finalizing my purchase for one banner, I was quoted $26 to ship. I've ordered a single banner before, a larger one even, and that was $13.69 to ship. So I contacted the chat service and questioned the design application issue and why shipping was so much. Customer service admitted to a problem with the website, not my problem, and that shipping is calculated based on size, weight, destination ect...which I understand. But they did not answer why a larger banner I ordered previously cost half to ship than what I currently had in my cart. They simply said they would be happy to cancel the order. Something was not right, and it was obvious that there was something they simply didn't want to admit. Seemed pretty misleading. I was willing to pay for the product and fair shipping costs, which in the end was only a $13 difference, but customer service simply would not acknowledge that there was a unfair price increase in the shipping total. On top of their website' 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed' They lied about that too. Looking into other sign manufacturers for my high school contract asap."
"Sad to say but this product was very bad this time. I've used Signs.com for years. I ordered signs printed on foam core. There was a large area of blue that had terrible coverage, you could see the printer marks. And the text came out fuzzy, despite the file I provided being vector, so impossible to mess up. I suspect their production quality is declining as they grow. "

"I ordered two custom printed cloth banners. Using the website was relatively easy, however when it came time to check-out, I could not get the Paypal option to work. I attempted several times and would get stuck within what seemed the signs.com website, not Paypal's fault. I finally switched to an alternate way of paying and then received confirmation of my order. Shortly thereafter, I received multiple emails from signs saying that I still needed to complete my order, even though I got confirmation. "Pick up where you left off" e-mails 8 times in a matter of two days. I called customer service and received confirmation, but no explanation about why I received so many emails about my order not being submitted. I presume this is an automatic algorithm, which is very confusing from the customer's side. Technology isn't always easy."

The company sent me a proof based on my needs and after one clarification on where the holes were to be placed for hanging, they got it right. "Sign looks cheap. It looks like it is printed on cardboard or posterboard. For $500, we expected something much more professional looking. Standoffs are tiny and not what they look like in the picture. Even at the thicker size, sign is too thin. You can't even notice the polished edges we paid extra for. We are not happy with our purchase and are still in the market for a sign for our business. "
