"At the end of the day, I received the items before my event (2 hours). I placed the order on 9/20/21 before 9pm. The promotion showed that if you ordered a certain $amount of signs it would be placed in the rushed (24hr) time cycle and that it would be delivered by 9/23 or 9/24. I received the shipment on 9/27. I got notice that the shipment label wasn’t created until the evening of 9/22. I called on 9/23 and the rep was very nice, and offered a refund on shipping. I didn’t need a refund on shipping, I needed my signs. I asked for her to call UPS to expedite the order. Don’t think that ever happened as the shipment still came in on 9/27. "

Ended up having to dispute the charge with paypal, and report them to the BBB. Avoid this company like your life depends on it!"
