"The furniture was a little slow to arrive because of covid. However, Amanda and team kept me up to date constantly. When the furniture arrived some was damaged. When I moved one piece to look at the back where the PO number was, the leg snapped. It was not heavy and there wasn’t a lot in it. Shop factory direct took care of all the damages. They are great!"

"To be honest I was a little skeptical about buying my dining room set from an online company. I did notice that Shop Factory Direct had received very good reviews, so I decided to go for it. I called their customer service number and spoke with a very nice and helpful representative, Renee, who helped me place my order. It was a very smooth transaction and it didn't take long for my new furniture to arrive. I did have one chair that had a flaw (it was very wobbly). I called Renee back and explained to her the problem I was having. She then transferred me to Amanda Wavell, a Customer Experience Specialist, who assisted me in getting a replacement part. Amanda was wonderful to work with and made the process very easy. The replacement part shipped quickly and I was able to correct my chair problem in no time. WHEN I RECEIVED THEM THEY HAD THESE HIDEOUS BLACK CANISTERS ON BOTH SIDES AND A TRANSFORMER BAR THAT WERE VISIBLE, THE AGENT AGREED WITH ME THAT IT LOOKED HORRIBLE AND COMPAINED TO THE MANUFACTURER AND WAS TOLD OH THE ANGLE WE TOOK THE PICTURE DOESNT SHOW THEM BUT THEY ARE THER.

"I ordered on April 21 with them and when I ordered they took my money in right away, 2 months later The delivered the furniture but it was damaged so I refused it a month later they gave me half the set and not the other half. I would not recommend them there customer sir ice is terrible, and whenever I ask “when is my furniture going to get delivered” they respond the same thing every time “In a week” but it never comes It has been 3 months and I still don’t have my whole set. Overall their customer survive is terrible, they act like they don’t know what to do, and deliver furniture really late. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend using them and would recommend a different website."
