"My first time purchasing with SFD and I must say I am greatly impressed. Their website was easy to navigate and understand, their policies were very clearly explained and it was extremely easy to order from them. I ordered a dining room set and, because of the very thorough information on their website, I had no confusion about what I was getting, how it would be shipped, what to expect and what to do when my items were delivered. Most excellent. They have a vast inventory to choose from and because I'm a new home owner, I'll be coming back for more.
Delivery was just as described on their site, though I was a little confused about the actual drop off point of the delivery. I thought it would be at my doorstep or garage, but I was told "curbside" by the driver. I live on what's considered a back road and, thus, I have a longer driveway. "Curbside" was quite a ways from my house. Be sure you understand "curbside" and what that means with regard to where the curb is from your actual house and have a way to get your box(es)/skid(s) to your home!
My set arrived in beautiful condition and I have been enjoying it very much. The quality of the workmanship is extremely good and the table and chairs are very solid and stable. Putting them together was a breeze, though you do need someone to help with the table as it can be very heavy. Be sure to get sliders for the table and chairs to protect your floor and/or rugs. I thought the table and chair legs would be flush against the floor, but they have little knobs on the bottom elevating them about a quarter inch above the floor. You will need felt or plastic sliders.
Lastly, both email and over the phone communication from SFD was excellent. I had a couple of questions about the size of my delivery so I called for clarity and the lady I spoke with was very helpful and made sure that all of my questions were answered.
Overall, I am highly pleased with my SFD experience, and I will be ordering more items from them as I continue to decorate my home. I'm so glad I found them!"
"I want to first thank Lisa White for helping me with the order, I explain to her that I've been trying to get a bed set since last year march 2020 and I had orders from 3 other companies and had to cancel all because of late delivery , Lisa told me when the funiture was in stock and when it will be sent out for delivery, true to her word I got the set in 6 weeks, and it looks great , better then on computer. "We were on vacation in the Great Smoky Mts in a rental cabin. In this beautiful cabin were the nicest swivel rocker recliners we had ever sat in. We started to find out the brand. When we located the name of these chairs, I called the company and placed our order for 2! It took about 3 weeks for our chairs to arrive. The packaging was perfect. The chairs are wonderful. So very comfortable. We will have these chairs for a very long time. The quality of the manufacturing is great. Stitching, padding, fabric, etc. All is top quality. "I purchased a sofa. This company does not list pertinent information like the weight of the object on the web pages. I had to refuse delivery since they wanted to drop off 90 pounds of sofa on my driveway so I can't drive in out and of my garage. I refused delivery. They would not provide full refund. They didn't even offer to provide white glove service with their mistake of not providing full information. Buying from them is not worth the trouble. Wayfair has treated me way better with affordable delivery pricing. "
