"Really disappointed with the customer service and sectional we purchased from Factory Direct. Avoid buying the Cheyenne Sectional Sofa from this site! We received a poorly made sofa with lots of gaps and inconsistent cushion quality. The customer service representative was rude at times, and said that’s just how the sofa’s designed.
We wouldn’t recommend that sofa and this site in general."
"Anyone buying from this company does so at their own risk. We purchased from them, online, a dining room table (made by Liberty Furniture), for $500. Upon receiving the package and opening it, we immediately noticed a set of flaws, consisting of a pattern of about a dozen shallow holes, in a space of about 2 by 5 inches. This identical pattern--obviously made by some sort of assembly-line machine stamp—occurs at 4 identically placed spots in the corners of the otherwise unblemished tabletop, and at 4 identical spots on the sides, and 4 more on the upper legs. We immediately phoned ShopFactory, whose website specifies that items may be returned. The woman with whom we spoke politely informed us that the table we purchased was in fact advertised as having a “distressed” look, and the patterns of holes were imitation “wormholes,” which is ridiculous, as they are clearly machine stamps, mechanically slammed on, and ruining an otherwise flawless set of surfaces. Further, the photo of the table on the website does not show the holes. She then told us that if we were to return the item, we would have to pay for shipping, and a “stocking fee,” and the amount of our refund would be around fifty (50) dollars! In short, we have been suckered. Any guest sitting at this table is immediately going to notice these absurd sets of holes and ask, “What the heck is this?!” At the very least, this company’s return policy is misleading if not downright fraudulent. "
"It started back at the end of February when I order my furniture. I had bought a new mobile home,so I wanted my furniture to go into my new home. Well here starts the 3 months of waiting on my trailer to be delivered. When I thought it was safe to have my furniture delivered it would rain and set back my home delivery, so I would have to call ShopFactoryDirect and tell them to hold my furniture. This went on almost 3 months. The women at ShopFactoryDirect were so passionate about my problems and they were so amazing. Well to make a long story short I receive my furniture last night and the delivery guy were so courteous and helpful they put the furniture where I wanted it prefect.. I just love it. "I furnished my office with your furniture. I was very pleased with the quality of the furniture. The desk is beautiful-When it arrived it looked like The shippers had maybe dropped it on the end in crushed the top corners of the desk. I called and emailed photos of the desk to Shop Factory Direct I was impressed how attentive they were ...they set up an appointment with a repair main. A skilled furniture repair man and rebuilt the top corners of that side of the desk. Looks amazing, I can not even tell it ever had a problem.. I am very please with the quality of the desk and matching file cabinet draw cabinets. I very much recommend this company."

"I called shop factory direct to inquire about some concerns about making a furniture purchase online. My main concern was that I was afraid the order would be shipped via semi tractor, which due to my location , would not be able to get to my house. The lady I spoke to at SFD assured me that she could request a box truck instead, so I purchased over the phone. The order time was estimated at two weeks but it was in my house in five days from the time I placed the order. I received ample notice from Fed Ex to prepare for the delivery and the whole process could not have been easier. I received a follow up call from SFD a couple days later. Great customer service, very helpful and polite. I highly recommend.
