"I placed the order on 12/13 and it said the item was in stock. I got an email three days later saying it was backordered 7 - 10 days. I told them I wanted to cancel the order but then in about a week the the glasses arrived to their office. They shipped it next day at no extra charge. If you need an item quick then this company is probably not the best as per the other reviews. If you want to save money and have time (like 2 - 3 weeks) to receive the item you can go with them."

"I placed two orders ont he same date out of which one was backordered. They did send me the backordered product as soon as it came in. The products are genuine and really good. Good custoemr service. The only thing I did not find fair is when my order was backordered, they send an email saying they will upgrade my shipping from ground to priority but they didn't"
