"I got my sunglasses in less than 5 days (including a weekend!), and they are definitely the real deal. I had already bought the exact same pair at Sunglass Hut, but I was planning to return them if I found them cheaper online. They were $100 less at ShopByUs than on Sunglass Hut and exactly the same. I compared the two pairs, the boxes, the hard sunglasses case, etc before I returned the other pair to Sunglass Hut, and this confirmed that the glasses I got from ShopByUs are exactly what they claim to be!
I also emailed to ask for free shipping since my order was over $100 and the site advertises free shipping for orders over $100. At checkout, I had already paid shipping, but they quickly responded and said they would not charge me the shipping. (I did not have any luck with calling customer service, but they communicated really well via email.) I would buy from this company again. Thanks!"
"So far I am not impressed with ShopByUs. My perscription sunglasses got broken and I found another pair on this websire. Ordered my sunglasses on May 9th and still have not received them. Called ShopByUS on May 23rd and they indicated that my order is on back order but hope to ship out by May 27th. ?? really? Called back on June 8th, no answer at all not even the "operator"."

"My initial impression of ShopByUs site was filled with skepticism because of the site's appearance and layout that seemed questionable. I had to first research them a bit and read some reviews to make sure the site was legitimate. I first tried looking on Yahoo Answers and there was one in particular where someone had asked if anyone knew if their products were authentic, and the most voted comment was an answer that said they were fake. I didn't completely believe it since I reasoned that if they did sell fake sunglasses, their site would have already been taken down as it has been established since 2009, and that they would be sued since they explicitly stated their products were 100% authentic in a statement on their site although I was still skeptical. So I took the chance of purchasing the desired sunglasses since it was probably the cheapest out of all the other sellers. I was extremely paranoid if they were indeed fake throughout the whole period of waiting for them to arrive. I did appreciate the USPS tracking information and was happy to know that it's arrival was quick and timely. I ordered it on a Tuesday, and received it on a Saturday. Finally it was time to determine if they were authentic and indeed it was. I was satisfied with the fast and free shipment of ShopByUs that I just had to write a positive review to counter any of the negative ones they seem to have. Although their shipment was great, I have no idea how their customer service is. All in all, I am a truly happy customer to have purchased some Ray-bans from ShopByUs that were $63 less than the ones from the official Ray-ban site and also had them delivered very quickly."
"This is my second purchase with ShopByUs. I could not be more pleased with the customer support. I had a warranty issue that frankly should have been resolved directly with RayBan but ShopByUs acted as my advocate when limited results were achieved through the manufacturer. I do agree that it is sometimes a challenge to reach ShopbyUs customer service but any person with sense would understand the price / service trade off. You would not be able to find Designer glasses at such a discount if Shopbyus had a dedicated call center. If you have a service issue, do as I did and keep calling. If you want retail support, shop retail and spend 40% more. When my order took a bit longer than I anticipated I simply reminded myself of this.
