First of all, the car was picked up on the schedule date at the pick-up location which is very convenient. There were a few emails before to help me get prepared. Then during the trip they give you an estimated delivery date.
It only took 4 days to bring the car to North Carolina which is very fast (industry average is around 7 days) and the car was delivered very close to the delivery location.
