"Just shipped my Corvette from Illinois to Arizona closed carrier. This is the 3rd car that Ship A Car Direct has shipped for me. The driver was extremely careful and conscientious at the pickup and delivery locations. He suggested that I cover the car and offered to cover it for me but I opted to purchase my own cover instead. I was worried since the car is a show car, however, the car arrived in the exact same condition it left Chicago. I was super pleased. "This was my second time using ShipDirect and they came through for me again. Last year,2021, my carrier (through another broker) bailed the evening of the day before pickup. I called around to get help and Matt was able to get a carrier very quickly. This year I reserved with ShipDircect but again the carrier was unable to pick up the vehicle on the assigned date. Once Matt got on the problem he was able to get another carrier lined up within 24 hours. The vehicle arrived on time and there were no problems. Hope next year things go smoothly"
