Do not buy from this company

"I purchased this product in September. I received it quickly, and just as quickly I noticed all the problems. The climate controller did not fit in the space provided in the device’s frame. Once it was hooked up I found out that the zlink connected less than half of the time, the USB cables, provided with the system, did not work. Also the system would not put out any sound, other than blinkers. The connections for the trunk were not the correct type and the hazard lights did not function. Also I purchased the 360 cameras. When I hooked them up they would not work. It would simply show static in the cameras. I went through months of troubleshooting to try to fix these issues. I got the sound to work but it was short lived. It only played for about two weeks. The screen would freeze randomly, or not show anything at all. It would get stuck showing the reverse camera at times.
After months of troubleshooting and dozens of emails they told me that it was beyond the warranty period and they wouldn’t do anything about it. $355 down the drain since I removed the system and now it sits in my garage. I hope that they make things right by sending me a new one or refund my money. Although the aftersales was timely, Their replies they were no help to remedy the problems. I would recommend not getting this system for your Buick verano.

If you value your money, don't buy from this company

"I bought a device with 6 gb ram. the device is indescribably bad. nothing works normally. the support is also a disaster. 300 messages. and 2 months. I lost an eye on a simple thing. send me an upgrade. simple right?"

Junk Products - Chinese based Company - Bad Technical Support and Horrible Customer Support - Save your Money!!!

"I order two Units from Seicane... the first Unit I tried installing it on a CL500 Mercedes, and it came defective right out of the box (it would not Power on). I tried dealing with this Company, and I had to resort to Paypal to intervene in order to Return both Units and get my money back. Seicane Customer Service and Technical Support are impossible to deal with... after almost two weeks of dealing with this issue, I cut my losses and sent everything back (that was another ordeal - The company is based in China). Do not trust these Company or their Warranty. They have proven to me that Seicane cannot be trusted. I will NEVER AGAIN use any of their products. - DO NOT BUY from Seciane -
I see a lot of people on their website stating how wonderful these Units are... I can guarantee you they did not have to deal with a problem Unit. Not worst the trouble - Keep your money -

Do not buy!

"Purchased a radio and head unit for my Silverado camera never worked and CarPlay quit after a couple of months requested help they were try this try that nothing worked when requested refund they said request sent would get refund within 48 hrs when chased up 4-5 days later they denied saying refund would be issued despite sending them copy of email they sent to me they dragged it on until 180 day window was up and are now ignoring my emails PayPal won’t help as it’s over the 180 days so unless you $600 or so to flush down the toilet stay clear of this company"

Steer clear of Seican

"The units they sell have terrible wifi and bluetooth connectivity, Maps constantly freeze up or can take up to 7 minutes for the unit to realise that you have been moving for 7 minutes. Every 15 minutes you may get about 3 minutes of sound and upto 11 times every 15 minutes the whole unit can restart.

Customer service? It doesn't exist. I want to send the unit back for a refund based on the fact that there is a manufacturers fault, but the offera $20 refund and I can keep the unit and sell it to someone else...can't do that because unlike Seicane, I have a conscience and could not sell a faulty product to anyone.

If you wnat to spend money on this rubbish, I implore you to take that money outside and set fire to...end result is the same.

Bought 4 Seicane Android Car Radios - Aug 3 2023

"I bought 4 Car Radio Androids from Seicane. One just kept resetting every few minutes and no instructions to perfrom a factory reset. I even contacted Seicane into discussion and they said...buy a new one we dont support that version anymore!

I did buy another but I guarantee you it was not SEICANE!

Buyer beware!

They have very poor customer support and they have lost me as a customer (a good one with 4 prior purchases).

MUST READ...Downhill FAST!

"I have never had to write a bad review but here it is. This experience with this company has literally been a nightmare! I bought this car radio back in APRIL. I was so excited to get it. Once it arrived, I saw it had a small crack in the screen so I immediately wrote CS asking to resend one that was not damaged. They only sent me the screen, not a whole replacement...ok, I tried to work with what they gave me, but the new screen was not a touch screen. So I wrote again letting them know my issue. It has been all down hill from there. They have yet to send me any working parts. I even offered to send the radio back once the new one was received. STILL NOTHING. In fact they want me to pay another 100.00 to send this one back...so here we are all the way at the end of JULY and I Still have no working car radio but they have my 300.00. Again I was SOOO HAPPY to get it at first, but this company customer service is so AWFUL that I am left hurt disappointed and annoyed....and i have nothing to show for all the ring a round the rosey BS they've been putting me through and they haven't offered to send me either a brand new radio OR my money back for 3 months of back and forth thru emails and excuses. They just keep asking me to pay MORE after i have already paid 300.00 for the freaking radio...Do not buy from them because if for some reason your product doesn't work...it will not be worth the hassle to get it to...Look elsewhere guys I'm telling now!"

I haven't received my purchase after all it's only been 9 days on $94 USD 3-5 day shipping (only option)...
If I supported this kind of BS I would have voted for trump...

Very BAD, but BAD

"Very helpful to sell and fast, BUT when there is a problem they don't solve it and tie it up.

I bought a radio for Mini R56, paid 700€, it doesn't have "radio stations name", which is a HUGE GAP in the radio.

They don't care/solve it, they don't accept return the money,

What I paid for the radio CAN'T have a failure like this, VERY BAD

Radio sound quality VERY BAD also. Quality very POOR.

"I PURCHASED 2 SYSTEMS FROM THEM IN TWO YEARS THE FIRST ONE WENT OUT WITHIN 16 MONTHS AND THEY SAID SORRY NO WARRANTY I ENDED UP BUYING ANOTHER ONE AND THEY SENT ME A DIFFERENT MODEL I SENT AN EMAIL TO RETURN IT WITHIN DAYS OF RECEIVING IT THEY SAY NO TRY TO SELL IT YOUR
SELF I JUST SPENT OVER $600 WITH THEM AND THEY WANT ME TO SELL THEIR RADIO WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THE WAY THROW .
IT TAKES A WEEK TO GET ANY MEANINGFUL ANSWER FROM THEM.

Do not buy from seicane

"I bought a double din stereo from them for my Audi a7 and it never worked properly so I have continuously tried to email to get help. The stereo won’t boot up at all so I had to take it out to put my old one back in so I could actually listen to the radio. Just recently they told me that it’s been over 6 months and so they can no longer help me and I should take it somewhere local to have fixed but I emailed less then 2 months after I got it and they have dragged there feet on helping for this long so now it’s been over 6 months. I paid over $500 for a brick of plastic. Whatever you do, do not buy from seicane. "

Best android head unit

""I found Seicane from a friend who has the 4 year old model and gave great reviews. This model has all of the updated features and to this point has been very DIY friendly (I consider myself a intermediate/novice with Auto DIY's). This unit has surprised me at the level of features and how well they've started up so far.

The Apple CarPlay took about a minute to initially connect, when I connected with the USB cable, and has since started up very quickly, and to my surprise, wirelessly!

I have had a couple of questions through the process, to which the customer service team has been VERY responsive and helpful - answered every question accurately and quickly, with all potential issues resolved successfully!"

"The radio tape recorder came in 4 days, I took five at the checkout! The seller is sociable, answered questions on connection quickly! I checked the radio tape recorder, everything works fine, the sound of standard acoustics has improved at least 2 times as well as the volume! I recommend to buy!
