"Even though a tracking number was provided for this order number, the order was not shipped. The tracking number was for a different order. This order still has not been filled. This seems like fraudulent behavior."

"Nice site, good prices, did not respond to customer service email. Still no tracking number seven days after the order. The company never shipped the product even though two diferent contacts to customer service stated it had shipped. AVOID THIS STORE."

"The worst online buying experience I've had since CyberRebate. Webpage said item was in stock and average delivery time was 3.6 days, so I chose them. Next day I checked order status online and it said, "Item shipped, awaiting FedEx tracking number." After several days I emailed them to get the tracking number, and they said "Your item is on backorder and will ship 1 week from now." No apologies or anything. So I waited 1 week plus a day and called for my tracking info. I was told it was delayed and would be coming in that day or the next. All the while it still said in stock online. Then I sent a final email a few days later complaining, and requesting that at the very least they send it express to make up for my 2 week delay. They said it would ship out after the weekend, and did not offer express shipping. I called after the weekend to get my tracking info, and they said it would be ANOTHER WEEK! What a joke. Only thing they were fast about was charging my credit card, which they did the very first day. I asked to cancel my order well over a week ago and still have not received a credit. It's been over a month since I placed my order. Wasted time and frustration worth far more than I would've saved."

"Online order for Pioneer receiver placed AM on 16 Feb (Presidents day)with regular shipping. PM visit to site showed "order shipped, tracking number to follow." Visa billed on 16th.
Next communication was an email providing the tracking number dated Friday 20 Feb. It arrived after I got the receiver! Good service - fast delivery of new product as ordered - don't know about communications. Will use again if price is right.
