I ordered a Tom Aquatics lift pump and right after shipment, maybe a day or so, someone from Salty Supply called me to let me know that UPS had lost my shipment and a replacement had already been sent. "Amazing customer service! I placed my first order with Salty Supply recently and unfortunately received a defective item. After contacting Salty Supply through their live chat, Richard and Chris immediately addressed the problem and contacted the manufacturer to arrange a replacement. When the manufacturer informed me that it may take up to 2 weeks for me to received my replacement, Chris immediately contacted them and expedited the shipping so I would receive the replacement on the same week.
