"Good customer service is hard to come by these days, epecially on the internet. You can't see who you're dealing with, so every time you order on the internet, you are taking a risk. That was not the case with the folks at Sales International. I was very impressed with their prices. The only complaint I have is that they waited 3-4 days to ship my order. They sent me an email confirmation saying the order had shipped when it actually hadn't. I figure that's because of lack of communication. A common problem with many businesses these days. I work in a shipping department, so when a order is placed for one of our products, we try to get the order out ASAP. If we have it on the shelf and it's not needed for a bigger order, we ship it out either the same day or the next. And sometimes our customers will wire us the money before they recieve the product. In those cases, they definitely get their order sooner. My advice to the folks at Sales International is work on getting order's out quicker. And keep the communications open. It will go a long way in how your customers value you as a company. And don't forget to treat others the way you would want to be treated,if you were the customer."
