"AVOID PURCHASING MICROSOFT SOFTWARE FROM SALES INTERNATIONAL!

I recently purchased an OEM pack of Windows XP Pro from them and it came with no COA only a white printed label with the key code on it. It appears to be genuine media but NOT a genuine registration code. Upon contacting them, I was told that it was a "non-DSP OEM pack" and completely legit. Having been in this industry for years, I know better. I have spoken with Microsoft and they have confirmed that this software is NOT legitimate and have created a piracy incident report regarding Sales International. I am now in the process of attempting to get my money back and plan to dispute the charges if I don't see action quickly on their part. Unless you like to PAY for pirated software, avoid these people!"

"BEWARE!!! After ordering a full OEM version of Microsoft Windows XP Home, I received an email receipt saying the product was shipped. A USPS tracking number was given. When checking this number, the USPS claimed they were still waiting for the package. I waited two weeks, then made an inquiry and was told it was actually on backorder. When it finally arrived, it came without any hardware and was missing the necessary Certificate of Authorization that Microsoft requires. I asked for this to complete my order and was just told that my copy of Windows was 100% legit. A report was made to Microsoft and their piracy team confirmed that without a COA, this product was fraudulent, so I am now in the process of trying to get my money back."

"I bought a new 1 GB CF ( SanDisk) card for $149.99, plus $7 shipping and handling for a total of $156.99 for the digital camera in my lab. The card was delivered at a different office, I had to track it down where it was delivered. When I opened the box, the CF card was not wrapped in anyway to prove its originality. There was no invoice, no proof of limited manufacture warranty, nothing, except an old card with scratchy marks in an old plastic case without any seal. It was so unprofessional. I called Sales International custom service to complain about this because it was clear that it was a used CF card, not a new card that I thought I paid for. They insisted that it was a new card and that was how they shipped the product. How can I argue with this while the card right infront of me???
Initially, I thought that as long as the memory in the card was good, then I was still ok with it even though it was used or refurbished, that how easy I was willing to settle. To my further disappointment, the 1 GB card could store only a few digital pictures, and unable to store any more pictures even though there was a lot of memory still left in the card. I re-initialized the card and re-tried several times, but the card was obviously defective. I called the customer service again to ask for a replacement, but their return policy was not easy for anyone wishing to return the defective product. (If you have time, read their policy, there is always an additional money involved, 15% of original price + shipping fee.)
The bottom line was that Sales International didn't deliver what I purchased, instead they sold me a defective product from the begining. And they knew it that the card was defective at their warehouse, and yet they still deliberately shipped it. I thought I would save time buying it on-line, not save money (the card wasn't any cheaper). I was wrong. I suggest that you should just go directly to a local electronic store and buy it. If there is any problem, people there would be happy to exchange the products for you. Here, all I wanted was a replacement of the defective card with a card that works, and I couldn't get just that. Sales International is a FRAUD by its true definition. Save your trouble and your time!!!"
