"I ordered XP Home on a Friday. Monday about noon (I work nights) my order was still "pending" so I emailed them (thought my order was on Thursday). Within 30 minutes I was emailed a Polite reminder of the date and time of my order AND the status of my order changed to completed. Three days later (I cannot afford priority shipping so I chose U.S. MAIL) my purchase arrived in a tough cardboard shipping box. Elated that the box was undamaged I opened the package and removed a very new, unopened OEM Microsoft Windows XP Holographic disc. I must say, I was very pleased with the product when it arrived in the mail and have bookmarked Sales Int. for future purchases. BA"

"BEWARE... This company sells pirated Microsoft software. Good prices are very misleading, they are apparently using software that has already been installed and then reselling it as new. Product is advertised as legitimate OEM software. When I recieved the disk there was no Certficate of Authenticity - just a black and white label printed with a product key. Check Microsoft's site - this is illegal. If they are not forthcoming with a full refund, credit card charges will be denied. If you want to pay good money for pirated software, then this is the 'reseller' for you."
