Why on earth do these crooks have a 9.25 rating on here?! I guess it's because most people don't see the difference between a fake Microsoft COA and a real one. I wish I had read through the few negative comments before buying from them, because they did the exact same thing to me!

I have not purchased anything but Microsoft products from them, so I don't know for sure regarding other brands. But concerning Microsoft products, they sell original hologram CDs with FAKE, LABEL PRINTED, PRODUCT KEYS!! Some of the reviews on here talk about not being able to activate Microsoft software that was bought from Sales International...Well that's because they sent the same product key to many other customers, as well! Some people may not notice that they've been ripped off because the CD is authentic. However, the CD is not what makes software legitimate, but the COA that is included with the CD. As I said before, the COAs I received are fake.

I called customer service, who actually answered; I was surprised. They insisted that these label printed, black & white COAs are legitimate and from Microsoft. If I were a novice, I might believe them, but I am a seasoned computer technician, and I know a fake when I see it because I deal with the real thing all the time.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and they put me on hold until I hung up (20 mins). I called back, no answer. I called back again later, they answered, and I received the same treatment.

I have filed to dispute the charges with my credit card company, and I will be reporting them to Microsoft.

DO NOT BUY MICROSOFT PRODUCTS FROM THESE CROOKS UNLESS YOU ENJOY PAYING FOR FAKE PRODUCT KEYS!!!

I would personally never buy ANYTHING from them again because they obviously have no moral reservations about taking your money and sending you illicit software."

I received a DSP or OEM package with a black & white COA label instead of the holographic Security label Microsoft uses, when I tried to contact them concerning this they would not reply to my e-mail, I searched Microsofts System Builder and Partner site and found nothing where they had changed to a black & white COA label. I'm afraid this might be some oversea's or Asian pirated software you here so much about, if they don't contact me soon, I have no choice but to report this to Microsoft and make sure I didn't spend top dollar for pirated software.
BEWARE!!! They say Microsoft Partner, But are they??? I hate to write something like this but I've never bought any OEM or DSP Service Packs that didn't have a holographic C.O.A. Label and in my own marketing kit from Microsoft it states this is one of the things to watch out for.
I ordered this for a friend due to being out of OEM 3 Pks myself and didn't want extra 2 copies lying around waiting to be sold with a new system, they were the cheapest I found to fill my needs at that moment.
After this experience I don't think I will be doing business with them again.
It pays to spend a little more to know your getting a quality product and not something that has been pirated and sold for the real thing.
I will gladly retract these statements if they would only contact me and direct me to where Microsoft has done away with the holographic COA labels on OEM and DSP service packs, otherwise this will stand as a word of caution to the rest of you considering buying Microsoft Software Products from them."

"I ordered a copy of Windows XP Professional Edition from this company. They shipped it (not as fast as they claimed, but only a day or two longer). When it got here, I was busy with other matters, so I checked, made sure it was Windows XP, put it in a jewel case, along with the original copy of the Product Key.
