"I called them about checking to see if they had the rural king spring water in and he just looked it up on the computer to see if they had the water in stock before I go there for nothing. I live 45 minutes to an hour away. My husband drove over there and went to get the water and couldn't find it at all so he asked an associate if they had any and they told him point blank without looking on the computer and said no they didn't have any and have not had any for a couple of weeks! I am disappointed because he waisted gas going over there for nothing which when I called about the water on the phone and asked him to check to see, all he did was look on the screen and didn't make sure it matched the inventory he had supposedly had in stock! Totally disappointed in rural king in sweetwater, tennessee!"
"I had exactly the same experience as another here, the price was correct when I made the order, and after I paid it changed. I spent an hour in the store trying to get a refund to no avail, and repeated calls to customer service, to no avail with additional hours invested on hold. I will never order online again, and never got my refund either."

"I attempted to make a purchase online but the price of the item changed when I selected it from the email ad. I emailed back and forth with customer service and even sent pictures of the email ad price and the price it changed to when you hit the item to add it to a cart. I was eventually told to call and I could get the correct price that way. I did and was told the person I'd been emailing with was gone and no one else could place my order with the price on the email ad. It was a de-icer that showed 14.98 on the ad but went up to 19.98 when selected. This has been extremely frustrating and so unprofessional it needs to be documented and I'll definitely be writing reviews about this "
"I placed an online order and was provided with a confirmation with an order number. The email provided me with a link to use to track my order, which of course I've tried multiple times. It hasn't worked once! I've called their customer service number only to be stuck on hold for 30-40 mins and still be at que number 7-9. I also tried the email for customer service and have yet to hear back from them! I just want my order and I'll never order from Rural King again!!!!"
