Great question, Cynthia! All tickets listed with Rukkus have taxes, per e-commerce legislation, and fees associated with them. The fees can vary from one set of tickets to another and, if you proceed to the final page of checkout, before entering any credit card information, you will be presented with the total cost of the purchase as well as an itemized breakdown of taxes and fees :)

It is misleading business practice to not have this evident before your purchase is done
For your own peace of mind, we recommend running through a mock checkout on any set of tickets. On the final page of the checkout process, before entering your credit card information, you will see a bold faced total cost of purchase. You will also see an option for "More Details" which will show you what the breakdown of charges were to get to the end cost.
Each of these are presented on the right hand side of the checkout page.
It is an outrageous fee...if you didn’t trick people into the non refundable purchase...you would have no business...

Never ever had I have an easier experience purchasing online.
I compared 10 different sites and Rukus offered the best price with the most user-friendly layout. At my own fault (realized a day later), after checking out and receiving the confirmation email, I was surprised by the 'additional' service fee. By utilizing the 'call me' tab, I was able to speak (in person; on the phone!) with a representative (Robert) from Rukus, canceled and got my refund all within 10 minutes!
After more researching and shopping around the next day, I realized that part of the 'services fee' was simply part of getting NHL tickets and all sites charge it. It was also shown on the check-out page from Rukus, which I missed the day before. I re-purchased the tickets, but only completed the billing address section (they require mailing address also, in my case). Again, very quickly I received an email about it and used the 'call me' tab, I was able to talk to a representative (Robert) and complete the whole process with a real person on the phone within 5 minutes (including waiting time to receive the call!).
It was one of my most pleasurable experience dealing with any online services! Highly recommended!
Also, just wanted to add a note about shipping and receiving. Rukus estimated the latest delivery date would be Mar 18, I received the said tickets on Feb 22, five days after my order (or 4 days after I provided my mailing address). "

"My experience with Rukkus was one of the best I've ever had! I found awesome floor seat tickets for an unbelievable price a week before a Garth Brooks concert. The tickets I purchased were being bought at the same time I was trying to buy them apparently, so Rukkus called to inform me that the tickets I purchased were not available. I was extremely disappointed until they told me that they found comparable tickets that were more expensive than the ones I bought, but they would cover the cost. Not only did they cover the cost but the seats were literally 2 rows back from the original ones.
