"I purchased tickets to see Garth Brooks in Cleveland from Rukkus... this was first purchase ever using this site. When they e-mailed me the tickets, I realized they had sent tickets for the wrong show. So I e-mailed customer service and they took care of it. My original tickets were in section 101 row 18. They upgraded me to floor seats, dead center, only 5 rows from the stage! Rukkus' customer service responded promptly and upgraded my seats for no additional charge, I actually bought the tickets under face value. It is a concert I will never forget thanks to Rukkus, and I would recomend using Rukkus to anybody! Thanks Rukkus!"
"My now boyfriend and I had just met a few weeks prior to our event. We were doing the whole dinner thing but I wanted to switch it up a bit. So I surprised him with Spurs tickets. He is a big Laker fan but as I told him "you are in Spur county" so appreciate the game lol! He loves basketball as do I and we had a blast! What made the night even better were the tickets purchased on Rukkus. At first I was a little hesitant, but took a leap of Faith. The processing was so easy and smooth. All of a sudden I received a call from an unknown number area code New York...I immediately panicked, but reluctantly answered. To my amazement is was a rep from Rukkus. He was so sweet and welcoming. He thanked me for using Rukkus and stated that there was a minor mishap in the purchasing. Unfortunately, the tickets I had purchased were already purchased by another customer...of course this was explained to me as how online purchasing works. But right away the rep had two tickets ready for me...better seating AND both for the same price as the original. Of course, I jumped on them and couldn't have been more pleased! My experience with Rukkus was great! Friendly, welcoming staff who definitely have their customers best interest! I would highly recommend (and have) to anyone looking to purchase tickets. And as you noticed when you started reading...the date led to more and we have been happily together since :)"
"I reached out via live chat when I had not received my tickets by the date they were promised. I began emailing Edith daily and she always responded immediately putting my mind at ease. Unfortunately, the person selling the tickets through Rukkus was unable to fulfill the order, but Edith took wonderful care of me. She knew I was surprising my daughter with Justin Bieber tickets for her birthday, so she made sure that I had replacements in plenty of time. Rukkus replaced our tickets with comparable seats and issued a 10% refund. In fact, I think the tickets they provided were even better than the ones I purchased. The whole situation would normally cause me to be afraid of using this kind of ticket reseller again, but their customer service will keep me coming back and I recommend Rukkus to everyone. "This app is beautiful. I seriously love it! It actually avoided a friend fight about these concert tix. I was able to show my friend (that did not catch the invite) to download the app, pick her seats next to ours, and have her ticket instantly!
Another plus: easy to use, and the customer service online chat was prompt and helpful when I had download ticket questions.
Lastly, the fees were way less than competitor sights AND an easier interface to use. Win-Win!"
"I bought three tickets to the PAX East Show from Rukkus in December - choose a 3 day pass and paid. 4 months late they shipped me only Friday passes - and when I complained they said that it was an error on their part - and offered a refund - but it was 4 months later - 3 weeks before the show - and prices had doubled. They refused to honor their guaranty and all they would do was offer a 10% off to sell that which they had sold me, and then switched the product - awful! I had to spend $739 to buy new tickets "

"We had purchased two (rather expensive) Warriors vs. San Antonio Spurs tickets on-line from Rukkus (a company we had never heard of before). We obviously didn't pay close attention to what we had received via e-mail...and then subsequently printed...until a week before the event. Fortunately, It was then we discovered we actually had two tickets for the same seat! Visiting their website (which was very user friendly) found "Report An Issue" on their "How Can We Help?" page. Posted my issue around midnight (West Coast Time) and received a personal response from Dylan in Concierge Service--along with access to both tickets--in less than eight hours. In my world, that's Superior Service. However, one negative to share. At the time of our on-line purchase, we didn't see the "fine print" which included an additional $227 charge for tax and handling which we felt was a bit excessive. Given this outcome we're nevertheless very happy with the quality and responsiveness of their service."
"Rukkus has the cheapest tickets available online, by far! Not only that, but they guarantee seats next to each other. The day after I ordered my tickets, I was called by a customer service rep (on a Saturday even) to let me know that my seats were not next to each other, but were in fact piggy-backed. He told me they would be upgrading me for free to a closer row with seats that were next to each other. Order shipped very quickly, got in to the event with no issues and had an awesome experience.
They are top notch in my book."

Booked it and was super-worried that I had booked 2 tickets that wouldn't be next to each other and that I had already paid and would get screwed. I am so used to a 'fine print' or a 'catch' that I called Rukkus and voiced my concern. They pretty much laughed and said there is no way would give you 2 tickets that weren't next to each other unless you asked...They were amazing on the phone, the service was quick, the tickets were about market value or less when I got them and I will DEFINITELY use them again the next time I need tickets to a great venue. "I was looking for tickets for a Rachel Platten concert in NYC, even though the venue said it was sold out, I found these tickets on Rukkus. The price was very reasonable- much cheaper than the listed price from the venue. Service is great as I got emails and text message updates about my ticket status. They even had someone to remind me to print out the tickets before hand, although it would have been better if that message was sent earlier in the day.
Overall, I am very satisfied with Rukkus and would purchase tickets here again. "

It was a surprise, and I must admit I was worried there could be an issue for her since we didn't purchase them through a big seller like Ticketmaster. "I will forever now by any tickets I need from RUKKUS. However, I purchased them in December for a March hockey game. I didn't receive the email with my tickets until two days before. I was so worried with all the bogus ticket sales nowadays but I made a phone call, left a message and they called me back within two hours. The woman assured me I would have them and she would follow up on my order number to make sure I get them. Low and behold I received them and we had a great time.
