What a RUKKUS!!!!

"They completely overcharge for tickets. They gave my husband one price and then charged him $64 dollars more. I will NEVER use them again, and I am making sure no one I know does the same. They absolutely don't have cheap tickets!!!! "

Sweet upgrade

"Rukkus made my daughter's birthday present the absolute BEST it could have been by upgrading our tickets to FLOOR seats! I came home to a message that they had the opportunity to move our seats with no extra charge and they sent us the new seats as promised. This is now our go-to site for concerts!!!"

Causing a Rukkus for baseball

"Thank you for helping me get tickets at the very last moment possible right where we wanted at Miller park for Mets vs Brewers 6-12-16. I used the internet and talked to a customer service rep who was very friendly and answered my procedural questions. I live in North Illinois and am a diehard Mets fan that only found out I could go at the last minute. Thank you."

THANK YOU RUKKUS

"My friend and I really wanted to go to a STL Cardinals game so we could get a free Kolten Wong jersey so we promptly started looking for tickets and I stumbled upon the Rukkus website. I was a bit skeptical from the beginning because I had never used or even heard of Rukkus but I was quickly surprised upon further investigation. The tickets were reasonably priced and you were able to view tickets based on the section. So you could see where you would be sitting and compare to better seats to see if the upgrade was worth it. After finding the perfect ticket for me I quickly made my purchase and was sent a conformation email. Now, this part was a little unusual for me. In the conformation email it tells you that your ticket will be sent in a separate email. I bought my ticket around 11am and by 1pm I still hadn't received my second email. So I got on the Rukkus website and used the "Chat" feature to speak with a representative. The rep addressed my concerns and explained to me that sometimes it does take a little bit for the tickets to come through. While I was chatting with the rep I received the email so everything worked out!

Another thing to note is the convenience of the app. I downloaded the app to check the status of my ticket purchase and was able to follow the whole process along just like I do with any of my orders from Amazon. The last thing to note is that as I was waiting in line for the game I received a reminder text to print my tickets before the game as the stadium requires a printed ticket. The message also wished me a fun time which was a nice touch.

Overall, I will definitely be using Rukkus again and Ive already recommended it to my friends!

Gotcha!

"HORRIBLE checkout page!!! Was not clear when i was entering info that the purchase was beingconfirmed - simply trying to get delivery details and service charges.

No relief from support despite immediately responding to confirmations and representatives.

$350 in fees for 3 tix, not a bad racquet...

Buyer Beware

"Rukkus is a reseller that provides no warranty or recourse. They buy tickets from others, like Stub-Hub, and re-sell them to you with a hefty commission. They provide no after sale support nor exchanges. Highly recommend you avoid them altogether and go directly to a reputable re-seller like Stub-Hub."

"So upset. I purchased tickets to pearl Jam because my fiancee loves them......for 466$.......printed the tickets and they're priced at 75$ each.....sooooooo why the HUGE price difference??? Will never ever ever use ruckus again!"

Very Disappointed

"I bought and paid for a ticket to The NBA Finals Game 5. The purchase was charged to my credit card, then Rukkus sent an e-mail and told me they sold the ticket to someone else and they refunded my money! I called and they claimed another person bought the ticket at the same time. I complained and they just said there was nothing they could do. I am very upset at this turn of events. These types of websites are not allowed to leave a ticket available while the 1st person is completing their order. Although they refunded my purchase, if the situation had been reversed in that I made the mistake, there is no way they would let me out of the deal. Very unfair!"

Deception

"Just purchased 2 Pittsburgh Penguin hockey tickets with a price of $518.00/each posted on their website. After the order was placed, I received a confirmation from them that included a $311.00/fee and taxes above and beyond the original price posted. The confirmation also stated that, "ALL SALES ARE FINAL. COMPLETED PURCHASES CANNOT BE REFUNDED, CANCELLED, OR EXCHANGED." "Rukkus is unable to return tickets after they have been purchased." We have placed a phone call to the company, but of course no one answered. We left a voice mail and we are awaiting a return call. All of this information after the purchase was completed. I see this as an extremely dishonest and deceptive sales process and one which I have never encountered with StubHub, Vivid or Ticketmaster in all my years of purchasing tickets online! I would have been better off dealing with a scalper on the street!! Shame on you RUKKUS!!"

They do not honor their Best Price Guarantee! Do not use them!

"I purchased my single ticket through Rukkus at 9:47 a.m. I felt comfortable doing this because they have a price guarantee on their tickets. The total came to $105 all included and I purchased the ticket at 9:54 a.m. on 5.11.16.

Almost immediately after I purchased, I went to StubHub to double check pricing and to confirm their price guarantee. I found the exact same ticket for $85 all included.

I immediately reached out to Rukkus to request they honor their best price guarantee. This all happened in under 30 minutes. I requested a full refund so I could buy from StubHub OR a refund of the $20 difference to make the situation correct.

I was told by a customer service gentleman by the name of Dylan that they would not honor it. I asked that he speak with a supervisor, and he said his supervisor also said to not honor it. I feel the best price guarantee is absolutely misleading and I feel I have been taken advantage of.

Do not use them! I filed a complaint with the BBB. Hopefully it will be resolved that way, but it shouldn't have to be escalated to that sort of level just to have them honor their Best Price Guarantee.

"I had quite a great experience with Rukkus. My original tickets did not exist and they immediately replaced the tickets and were really great about staying in touch with me. "Do not recommend ordering tickets from this site. I clicked on a date for tickets which cost me over $500. When the order came through, the tickets purchased were for a different date. I contacted Rukkus immediately, but they were unable to assist me in changing the tickets to the correct date or refunding me the cost. "

Super frustrated

"I read all the reviews about their great customer service.
I went online to buy 2 tickets for Paul McCartney I spent over $500. Here is one link that said for customer service putting your telephone number and will call you in an hour. I received no phone call its been over 7 hours. It was another link that said click to chat . I put a request on there , at first it said yours 3rd in line and your wait should be about 2 minutes 27 minutes later it was your first in line you should be about 1 minute 7 minutes later it told me no one available please leave a message. Well I bought the ticket it ask me how I wanted to get my ticket and I said instant download. It still shows that my tickets are being processed online and I am set up instant download **** sorry to me instant means instant not 10 12 24 36 48 hours later. Well I hope I didn get ripped off concerts on the 4th of May. Yeah then in their small print their cancellation policy you cant. If there shipping service fails I give you a similar ticket. Its Paul McCartney there is no similar ticket.
Super frustrated still waiting to get my instant download tickets.
I just got the link to me tickets . That is still frustrating and misleading, the links to customer service . I have not received a text email or phone call asking if my issue was resolved.
