"Be careful. Rukkus pulls bait and switch scams. They are registered in the state of NY and are located at 222 Broadway NY, NY. Rukkus is a new company who has only operated in NY for only two years. Rukkus acts like their the middle man, selling you tickets for a trustworthy vendor who has been vetted, not true in all cases. I've had both good and bad experiences with this company.

I bought game 1 NLDC tickets for dodgers Vs Mets which worked when bought from a season ticket holder, the ticket said season ticket holder. When receiving tickets from a via call/email be cautious. You won't know who's selling you the ticket until after you purchased the tickets but Rukkus promises they check every ticket before giving you the tickets you purchased to ensure you get the tickets which were advertised.

When buying tickets for game 3 NLDC I bought tickets for section 106 and received tickets for 526. The seller was not a season ticket holder. I called Rukkus and they could not promise that they could contact the vendor to retrieve my tickets in time but promised me seats one row back from where I purchased tickets but they sent me the tickets that I initially purchased. How on earth did they send me the tickets that they said they didn't have? How could they send me something unless they had the tickets the entire time? Maybe they got a hold of the vendor and got my tickets so I went to the game and they scanned VOID. I called them up and they apologized for sending me the wrong tickets and asked me to go to the holiday Inn to print new tickets. The game was over at this point.

Next the director Oliver Ginsburg Promised me awesome World Series tickets with the same seating but when it came time to getting my tickets they bought me tickets on the 5th level. I asked if I could pay the difference for the seats I want to be in as they were unwilling to pay more than 1700 in tickets on our behalf. They took back our World Series tickets which I have confirmation of purchase proof. They say it's an error on their end that I have confirmation of World Series Tickets. They have lied and lied over and over again.

Many people have been scammed by Rukkus but no one voices their concerns because they don't know that people will listen. I had Nina Pindea with channel 7 on your side trying to help but they won't talk. I have an attourney and am in the process of suing them for the cost, punitive damages and etc.

Don't buy from Rukkus. Stub Hub is a sponsor of MLB so you can trust them as a trustworthy secondary market. If you had a problem speak your mind here. Lets bring the truth out together.

"This was my 1st and last time using Rukkus. I purchased tickets to the Raider /Charger game for section V9. when I received the tickets they were for section V59. I called Rukkus costumer service and spoke to a representative who was very uninterested and stated they have a & no refund no exchange policy.
I explained I was not asking for a refund i only wanted the tickets for the section I purchased. She reviewed my purchase and told me I had selected V59, I told her V59 wasn't even an option and that I had a screenshot of the purchase which showed I selected V9.
She again stated the policy was firm and there was nothing they could do for me. It was bad enough to of paid $150x2 for $45.00 tickets but now I'm 10 sections higher than the rest of my party.
"This was just highway robbery" basically your placing an order in the dark, they will send you want ever ticket they have regardless of whether or not it's the ones you ordered and then smugly blame you..

In reading other reviews it is apparent that this company has very little integrity and simply does not care about the consumer. I understand mistakes happen but when your in business you find a way to make it wright, specially when the customer (me) can prove I did not received the tickets in the section I selected..

My advise, spend a couple more bucks going through a well known agency who has already established a good reputation and get the tickets for the venue in the section you want. Now I know why they don't allow you to review and confirm your order before you finalize the purchase

"SCAM!!!!! i purchased NFL tickets and was guaranteed they would arrive before the game. My account was charged and I never received my tickets and there was no way for me download them. I have sent at least 10 emails and have received no responses and since they don't post their phone number anywhere you cant call them. DO NOT USE RUKKUS!!! "

"I was interested in purchasing tickets to see Madonna on Oct 29th 2015 in San Diego. I researched several different ticket brokers looking for the right location and price for the concert. I found good seats through VIVVID Tickets that would have worked. However, I found Rukkus that had 3rd row Sec AAA tickets for $236 ea plus fees. I called Rukkus on Tuesday 9/15 and spoke with a Robert to confirm that the tickets they had listed on RUKKUS.COM were valid, in the section they had listed and asked if they were going to be a problem. I was then assured by Robert on 3 different occasions that Rukkus had a guarantee policy, and if there was a problem with the Sec A, Row 3 tickets that we would be given comparable tickets in a comparable row/section that was purchased. After being told several times that the tickets were valid and guaranteed we decided to purchase 2 ticket, the Sec A, Row 3 tickets that were listed on there web site. I purchased the 2 tickets showing the location/price on there web site and my receipt. After Rukkus charged my credit card $669 I received a call from Robert at RUKKU telling me that the tickets were listed wrong on there site and that they could do a refund or offer me a 10% discount on different tickets, but the Sec A Row 3 tickets were not available. I explained that I called on 3 different occasions to ask about the tickets, there location and was told by Robert that they were guaranteed and was told that if there was a problem we would get seats in a comparable section. Robert just kept apologizing so I asked for a manager or supervisor and was put in touch with Dylan (supervisor) who did not care about what happened, refused to uphold the guarantee that I was told about 3 times before I made the purchase. I then asked about the remaining tickets that were still left in there inventory and was told that they could only do a refund and offer me a 10% discount. There so called guarantee obviously means nothing. I complained that I let other tickets go based on the 3 conversations with Robert and there guarantee I was told about the 3 times I called. I then asked to speak with someone in charge to help me with my problem and was told that there was no one else. I found out the Manager or owners name Manick Bhan and was told that he does not speak with customers?!?! In the end I was refused other floor seats they still had listed on there web site, never received my tickets I paid for, Robert and Dylan did not offer anything but the refund and 10% off. Neither cared or lifted a finger to make the situation right. Due to their incompetent ability to manage there business, we now do NOT have ticket to see Madonna. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!! Bad attitudes and will not stand by the guarantee they kept telling me about when I called questioning the tickets!!!"

"Horrible! Don't do it! Don't be tempted by the price! SCAM!!!!! I placed an order for 4 seats together for a baseball game - thought I'd actually receive the 4 ticket that I agreed to purchase. Tickets came - split up (3 and 1 have young children that I can't sit by themselves), different section, higher up seats, further away from field..... And to top it all off, no customer service phone #. Took days to get the tickets emailed. An email has been sent to them for them to rectify the situation, but silence. RUN!!!! RUN AWAY!!!!!! RUN VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS MESS!!!!!"

"This is the first time I have used Rukkus and it performed beyond my expectations. The photos that help you pick your seats are extremely helpful in making the best decision on the price of your tickets and the view you get for that price. Also, I had a typo with my card information and it seemed like I was billed twice so I emailed customer support. They got back to me within 20 minutes and assured me that I would only be billed once because one of the payment with my typo would not go through. The tickets were emailed to me within the hour of when I purchased them. I will absolutely use this site again and will recommend others to use this site as well. "

"At first I came across this site and couldn't believe it was legit. After speaking to someone at customer service I place a order and waited for my email confirmation. Shortly after I got a phone call from someone at rukkus who told me he was able to offer me much better tickets for the price I paid and I gladly agreed to the switch. paid $32 for tickets in the 500 section and they gave me tickets in the 400 section. The tickets I received were going for $125 on stubhub.

"Pathetic! I placed an order at 1:00 am Friday evening for a baseball game Saturday afternoon. By 8:30 am, my credit card was charged ($412) and I did not receive tickets and received no response from Rukkus to texts, emails, and voice mail. This from a company that clearly states on its website that customer service is always available! In fact, the voice mail message states only, "Call back during regular business hours"!"

"Rukkus made it easy for me to find not only super cheap Mets tickets, but also gave me the ability to see exactly what I would see on gameday before I made my purchase. I would definitely recommend using Rukkus to my friends and family because of how easy their system was in order to purchase my tickets. Everything went flawlessly and I will sure to be back to the site for the next time I need tickets to an event."
