"Wasn't sure about ordering a rug online. But the website was excellent in its descriptive presentation of the rug- size,colors & materials it was made from. Offered lots of ways to review the actual rug. The ordering and delivery process was very smooth. The rug arrived in time frame it was promised. Also, purchased a premium pad at the same time. "The color of the rug I received was a much brighter blue than I expected. I needed to return the rug but was dismayed by the high cost of sending the rug back. Almost 1/2 of what I paid for it. I was not able to find info on what the return fee would be prior to ordering which I did check on.
Disappointed that I lost so much money for the return. This cost will dissuade me from ordering again from Rugs Direct."
