"The color of the rug I received was a much brighter blue than I expected. I needed to return the rug but was dismayed by the high cost of sending the rug back. Almost 1/2 of what I paid for it. I was not able to find info on what the return fee would be prior to ordering which I did check on.
Disappointed that I lost so much money for the return. This cost will dissuade me from ordering again from Rugs Direct."
