"Wasn't sure about ordering a rug online. But the website was excellent in its descriptive presentation of the rug- size,colors & materials it was made from. Offered lots of ways to review the actual rug. The ordering and delivery process was very smooth. The rug arrived in time frame it was promised. Also, purchased a premium pad at the same time.
