Awesome Clothes and Customer Service

"This was my 2nd order with Rotita. I love their clothes so much! The pretty colors and comfort is perfect! Plus if you reach out to them they answer you and help you! Very important. I wish they had a closer store cause it takes about 5 weeks to get my stuff."

Everything horrible!!!!!

"Horrible from start to still not finished. Quality was poor , sizing too large and product not as pictured online. Exchanged for another item which took 4 weeks and several emails to receive still poor quality but keeping because it's easier.. trying to get my credit balance back via check because I will never order there again. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL HORRIBLE GRAMMAR AND THE REQUSTING A THUMBS UP IS UNHEARD OF "

Very disappointed

"I would not recommend this company or order from them again. I ordered two dresses which looked beautiful on the pictures but when they arrived they looked awful and of very cheap quality.
Sending them back is not easy and cost me £20 in postage.
Never again, such a waste of money

Dreadful - avoid.

"Terrible. Scam site. Take orders with no ability whatsoever to deliver the goods in any sensible time scale. Do not order from under any circumstances.

I ordered some swimwear first week of June, they promised it would be with me by 29th June at absolute latest. By 1st July their own tracking information shows that it hasn't even left China yet! It's of absolutely no use to me now at all, will arrive far too late for my holiday. And they've flatly refused to give a refund even though I've told them that I no longer consent to being part of this sales contract given that they unilaterally substantially changed the terms of it.

The worst of the worst

"I bought three items for $133. They came not as described and their sizes are from under the sea. I returned them days later. They only reimbursed back $81. They said one was damaged. They kept more money than the price of one blouse $52. They kept the blouse and the money. Plus they accused me of wearing it and wash it and returned it. "

"Was told my order shipped on April 24th. Plenty of time for a mothers day gift. As of this morning May 18th, no shipper has received this order. They are thieves

"This company claims they sent me my items in March, I had never received the items, I have emailed them several times Lindo I've never received the items they sent a tracking number they told me to call my UPS they told me to check with my Postal Service I never received the item they're just steal your money do not order anything from this company they are thieves, I've been going back and forth with them about refunding my money they told me to stop at dispute I stop the dispute but 13 days and they still have not refunded my money so I'm going to continue to write reviews and let people know don't order anything from this company they will steal your money"

THEY LIE ABOUT MATERIALS USED

"They lied about the material used in a dress I ordered. When it came, I knew it was wrong straight away - checked the tag and it was not made from what it was advertised as. I have been arguing back and forth with them because I can't wear a dress to my son's wedding that is made from t-shirt material! They are refusing to pay for the postage to return it. They say it's "not their fault"! What a scam... they are rude and ignorant."

I wish I would have done my research

"I wish I would have done my research before I purchased from this company. I placed an order on 12/13/2019 and I still have not received my product as of 01/10/2020. Every time I open a Chat Session to inquire about my order, "I am told to be patient and I will receive my product". The Chat agents don't work for Rotita directly, they are outsourced, so they can't actually do anything for you except to try and reassure you that your product will arrive soon. Since there is no phone number to contact Rotita directly, all you can do is open a "Ticket" about your order on their website, which I have done several times, and still to this date I have not received a response from them. THEY ARE DOWN-RIGHT THIEVES!!!! I have disputed the transaction with my credit card company, and thankfully they are honest and reputable so I will get my money back from Rotita, but if I could turn back time and never have placed the order, I would!!! I will file complaints with any and all Domestic and International agencies that will allow me to. Consumers should not have to deal with online thieves like this! SHAME SHAME SHAME!!!
ROTITA is a company of THIEVES AND LIARS!! DO NOT TRUST THEM! I ordered items on 12/13/2019 and they claim that the packages were "delivered", therefore they aren't entitled to provide a refund to me even though I NEVER RECEIVED THE SO CALLED "DELIVERED PACKAGES". At one point in my Claim Ticket with them, they acknowledge they were going to issue a refund to me, but they didn't and now they just keep telling me to "Close the PayPal dispute and we will refund", but I don't even have an open dispute with PayPal. I can't close a dispute that I don't have open!!! I even paid for shipping insurance, and their policy states "all money will be refunded or product replaced in the event of lost packages or damaged product", but THEY STILL WON'T HONOR THEIR OWN SHIPPING INSURANCE POLICY!!! So don't order from this company, they won't send your product and they won't refund your money, even if you pay for the shipping insurance! THIEVES AND LIARS AND CRIMINALS! WHAT ELSE CAN YOU EXPECT FROM A BUNCH OF LOW LIFE PEOPLE FROM HONG KONG!!!! THEY'RE ALL THIEVES! THEY CAN'T MAKE AN HONEST LIVING SO THEY STEAL FROM OTHERS!!!

Poor service, poor quality, missing items, wrong items

"I received only 2 of 7 items. Those were poor quality and arms were too tight with no give to material. Shirt just hangs. Does not fit like the pictures at all. No shape. Dress hand cut outs with no reinforcement/seams. If something catches/pulls on the cutouts it will stretch or tear. Instead of the 5 shirts I ordered, I received 4 UGLY shirts I would not wear if you paid me and I left them in their sealed pkg (definitely not what I ordered) and no 5th shirt. So, I received 2 of the 7 items I actually ordered but I can't get my arms into them. These items were promised in 3-5 business days but came in 3 separate pkgs so far as 1 item still missing. I was unable to contact company by phone. Chat rep said I could file for return and refund/partial refund and they would send a shipping label. However when I tried to file a return for shipping label it kept saying "error" and "illegal action". Then I see in return policy that they will not return cost of original shipping and customer has to pay for return shipping (which puts me out $17). After reading return reviews I'm doubting they will send me a partial refund let alone a full refund. They also state they are not responsible for missing or lost items? This is an over seas (China) company yet return address is in New Jersey? I filed a dispute with the bank today"
