"Do not order there , poor quality, size are not true, and the customer service team is awful.
I cancel my order 4 days after placing my order, and they said ok its cancel you will received your order back.
And now they are saying your order its being ship .... wth i contact them and they are like if you dont want it just refuse it.
I couldn't refuse it because they just leave it in front of my house now I want return it and they said those items are not returnable wth is wrong with this people "
"In my opinion,the company is great! Yes, the shipping took longer than I expected. But it's worth waiting, because the dresses I received are gorgeous - very decent quality and true to size ( I ordered XXL- it fits perfectly to US size 16 -18). The customer service are nice, too. I truly don't understand why this company has so many negative reviews... I personally recommend this company to everyone. Don't hesitate to place the order with Rotita (if you are OK with long shipping time,though)."

"Like the other reviewers, I checked the reviews too late. My story is the same as the others - first order cancelled with no notification. WTH?? Issued a credit instead of refunding my money. So, I used it as a credit on a second order - silly me! It's been about 2 weeks and not a single word. Site says they are "processing". By the time I get the sweaters it will be Spring! What a rip off!!! They dont have a cust service # because they are in Hong Kong! And if u retirn the email, it goes nowhere!!! Paypal has filed a grievance and will collect my refund thank God!!

"Took a month to get the tops; ordered 3 and last one came a week after first 2. Ordered XL according to the sizing chart - as I would rather have too large than too small. One top fit ok, but does not lay smoothly on body, black with white trim long sleeve shirt, much more flimsy than appeared in the picture. The red satin cold shoulder with bow just does not look right on me but the fabric was luxurious. I may turn it into a pillow. The last one that came in (tribal long sleeve T-shirt) was just HUGE...like it should be an Plus size rather than XL. More like a dress than a shirt....I could wear it as a night gown, but would rather not. It would be hard to alter because of the type of fabric (knit).....or I could give it to my sister who is larger and it may fit her. I have looked over the return/exchange policy and am so darn confused I decided to check the reviews (a little too late) and decided I won't even try to return them. Its not worth the headache with so much else going on and so close to Christmas. I know I should have known better....but the styles you see on-line are so unique compared to what you see in the stores, I fell into the trap. I did order a dress a year ago that fit, but the blouse I ordered was supposed to be embroidery and it was just a print of embroidery, also too big, and I gave it away. My theory for using this company is the styles are unusual and things I would not be able to make for myself easily...i.e. lace, silky, knit, detailed, as I do sew. Bottom line.....I will continue to look just for fun but not buy. "
"I bought six dresses from Rotita.com. They shipped in two shipment taking a total of about 3 weeks for the first shipment and then another about 3 weeks for another shipment for the one order of the six dresses.
One of the dress found in the second shipment to have ugly flaws and I notified Rotita about it and opened a ticket to seek a refund. Then subsequently, as instructed by them, I went to send the faulty dress back to them with the return-shipping fully paid by me.
Then they replied saying that they have to look at the dress and then decide if I will get a full refund or not.
Today, 15 November 2019, I received their update through the ticket at their website, just to be told that they will not be giving me a full refund and state a whole list of quacky reasons all made up by them.
Thank GOD that HE is watching. I wrote back to them, expressing my displeasure for all the false reasons they have churned out in order to try and "eat" as bigger a portion of the money I paid to them for the dress, as possible.
Buyers! If you are thinking of buying from Rotita.com, lured by their nice-looking dresses, I forewarn you that you have better think twice!
Do not end up like me and others who have experience unpleasant situations like this. To return is a lot of trouble involving time, effort and money, yet they know not business ethics and have no conscience in conducting their business.
Money does not come by easily for most of us. Please conduct more research before embarking on making purchases online. It's easy to buy but not easy to get refund should you encounter any problem with your purchase. So, be safe then sorry!

"Forget about if the items are of good quality (not) or not, or if the sizing is wrong. Usually when you order online you expect you will need to return something for a refund. Forget about returning ANYTHING to this website. They expect you to return your items to CHINA so you have to go to your local post office to figure out the return postage, which is ALOT. Then they tell you by email that you will have to pay the return taxes. They ask you to keep the clothing that doesn’t fit and they’ll give you a 25% coupon for future items. Really? They don’t have a US site where they send out their clothing? The envelope does not say “Mailed from China” on it...

"I have never been more disappointed with a company or their customer service representatives. #1, either they are playing dumb or they have zero grasp of the English language. I ordered 4 bathing suits and a cover up but wanted to return one bathing suit do to poor fit, color and quality. They advertise free return shipping on 1st item but what they mean is they won't charge you for the 1st return not that the return shipping is free. OK, so I was misled but I accept this and return the item to the address the person gave me on the on-line chat. It was returned to me for "customer moved" "not at this address"! I contacted them again this morning via chat and the person did not hear or understand one word and just proceeded to give me the return address that I just got done telling them was wrong. Furthermore, the chat was then disconnected and now I have zero access to the chat, the web-site now will only give me an option to submit a ticket. No more chat available. Convenient. I have now spent over $24 to return a $28 item. NEVER AGAIN. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!"
"I bought two dresses from this company, one fitted ok, barely but the other with the same size, the sleeves didn't even pass my elbows, it was so tight. I tried to explain to the online chat agent and I only got "yes", "ok", "no", she or he never read my questions and after 2 minutes they stop responding. I'm stuck with a piece of crap dress and the colors on the pictures are vivid and nice but when you get the merchandise, the colors are ugly and dull. I will never buy from them again."
" Too long for delivery, you need to order at least 3-4 weeks in advance. I went to the post office to return the merchandise which told me the weight was incorrect on the return label. I have tried for 2 weeks to get them to send me the correct weight return label and they keep sending me the same label. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!! I paid out of pocket 15 bucks to return the merchandise (on top of the 100 bucks for merchandise) because the customer service **** and doesn’t understand plain english. "
