"On 11/27/2021 I purchased several tops for the holidays, and for a wedding in March 2022. Everything laid in Jamaica NY until after January 2022. I returned the items as I didn't get them until about the beginning of the 3rd week of January.
The return address was "Jane , and this no last name person lived in someplace in New Jersey. I returned the items, and misplaced my postal receipt, but I had my order number. The Chinese Holiday came in the New Year of 2022, and because of that they were closed for what appeared to be more than one day. In the interim I misplaced my postal receipt, and they told me that since I did not have the postal receipt, they could not refund my money. So, I lost slightly over $100.00.
I didn't have time to fight with them because they are incredibly incompetent. In fact they told me that it was the delivery carrier's fault that the garments were late in arrival and not there fault. They have the worse customer service. IF YOU WANT TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY SHOP HERE."

"My package was sent to my old address after they reassured me they had corrected my information on my order so when it went to my old address the home owners put “return to sender” on it & it was returned. They have refunded my purchase but not the shipping cost. I would have reordered if the total amount was refunded.
