"My Ignition Cylinder on a PT Cruiser collapsed on me and UK dealers wanted a rediculous price to do the job after refusing to supply the parts to me to do the work myself.
So I ordered the complete kit from RockAuto. It was an excellent choice of company; I was kept informed at every stage of the process from placing the order to the part entering UK customs and being delivered. In my case there was some import duty and tax to be paid but overall, I paid the equivalent of $120 and a 30 minute job that was simplicity itself. Dealers in the UK wanted the work at a cost of nearly $800 [yes that's right $800]. Rip-off Britain you got it!
The order process was simplicity itself through the comprehensive website. Customer services were first class before I placed the order. And as I said, the information provided at every stage is very reassuring especially to an overseas customer.

"This was my first order with Rockauto but it will not be my last. I am 59 years old and not an easy sale on the internet. The prices were competitive and they had the part that is important. But my pleasure came in dealing with their customer service department. "First, I love doing business with this company. I like the ease of using their website, their expanding menu to find your particular car, their competitive pricing and last, but not least, the fast shipping of my orders.

My only comment is that their support of customer questions could be improved. I sent a question on a part to their suggested email address and although my internet provider sent it for several days, it was never answered.
