"I received a Revzilla gift certificate for Christmas. I ordered a magnetic tank bag and when it arrived it was a **** tank bag not a magnetic one. The clear plastic bag it was in was mislabeled. Revzilla readily authorized the return. They offered me a store credit so I could order the R18 back seat bag I wanted to order instead. I just had to wait a few days until they received the tank bag back and the credit hit my account. Six days later I received an email informing me of my store credit. I went on line to order the R18 back seat bag only to find it had just come off sale. I called Revzilla customer service and explained the situation and they immediattely offered to honor the sale price. I was moore than impressed by the service I got (except for the tank bag mixup). The BMW bag is great and I've already used it but not for its intended purpose."

"Got the mirrors mounted but have been unable to take the bike for a spin with the snow and the cold. They look a lot better than stock. Unfortunately they came with no mounting instructions. The package did come with a piece of paper on how to use QR to download instructions which did not work. Anything wrong with printing instructions on that paper instead? Went to their website and could not locate instructions for that product. Had to email them and they attached mounting instructions for a similar product. What's wrong with not including instructions with the product anymore. With the price of the item, how much more can a piece of paper cost vs. my time of over an hour to locate."

"I purchased a pair of riding pants. The guide said they run very small. Normally, I am a 28" waist. So I ordered a 34. I was swimming in them! I measured again and ordered a smaller size, paid 10$ in shipping to return the too big ones. The next pair I could not get over my hips! Ugh. Another 10 dollars for return shipping. I went in the middle and ordered another size. These were 30's I think? They fit but barely. I've kept them because I don't want my 200 dollar pants to become 230 dollar pants due to their sizing discrepancy and return shipping. I've learned my lesson and will never mail order riding jeans again "
