I just have to speak as someone less familiar with riding gear. A larger someone who can find it hard to get well-fitting gear. Despite taking accurate measurements as-stated on the page I still ran into tons of sizing issues. Pair that with the return shipping fee (which they waived) and it makes less sense for me to order online. Lesson learned.
