"The website is easy to browse and purchasing is easy as well. The helmet was packaged well and I received it without damage. In the future don't ever ship to the Philippines through USPS. Once the item arrives in the Philippines, customs has to clear it and then the Philippines Post office takes possession of it. That's where the plethora of headaches and anxiety begin. Philpost is a nearly defunct organization. With Philpost, customer service and package tracking are unavailable and/or useless. If a package is delivered, it's considered of a miracle. I suggest, in the future, that you communicate and coordinate with your customer in order to ascertain the most reliable and reasonable method to ship a package outside the United States of America. The cost of shipping may be higher, but the greater guarantee of successful delivery is worth it."
"There seems to be a memory consumption issue with the revzilla site that often makes it load slowly, time out or crash browser tabs, both from mobile and from desktop. Haven't figured out exactly what is causing it, but generally speaking, the performance of the site is poor.
However, the products, selection, pricing, and service are all excellent, so I keep coming back.
My RPM membership expired, and I lost access to the rewards dollars that were on my account, that wasn't great. I don't recall even seeing a notification to renew it. I think access to that rewards money should be restored when your membership is renewed. I live in the snow belt, our riding season is short..."

"I ordered 2 items to be delivered to Australia. I received one of the items after a few days and the other item has been in transit for almost a month with USPS. The only feedback I am receiving from Revzilla is to wait for it as the item is still on its way but there is a limit as to how long I am prepared to wait for a part I need for a bike that isn’t moving. Really disappointed with the outcome although I understand it is not entirely Revzilla’s fault. "

The only knock I have on this site is that I had to exchange a pair of pants because they weren't true to size, and I had to pay $10 shipping for the exchange. Not a huge deal, but it's annoying when other sites have free shipping for exchanges.
