"My six year old broke one of the keys of my hp omen notebook. At first I was kind of hesitant to order the part. I went to Tech to u and they told me that they have to replace the whole keypad. Which was going to cost me $300. Finally I decided to order online to see if spending $13.49 for the key (including shipping) would save me quite a lot of money. To my surprise key was delivered in less than a week and you can’t even tell that the key was missing after installation. Customer service was great and they also have videos on how to install the key. The notebook has backlit keypad and it works the same. I am so glad that I ordered it through their website. "I ensured that the keys were correct for my laptop before ordering (I triple checked that they were the right ones using the images provided on the site!) I ordered from Australia and received the correct keys, in new condition, in just over a month. I was a little concerned that they may have been lost/never sent based on other reviews but have been pleasantly surprised :) I did pay a little extra to get faster shipping and the company was quick to reply when I checked on the status of my order (which I ended up receiving at about the same time as expected with normal shipping - may be due to my order being close to Christmas). Very happy with my experience :)"
"I don't understand the number of 1-star reviews indicating that this company is a scam.
To address a few complaints I have seen:
1. "Customer service is terrible:" I am not sure where this comes from. I reached out to the company to ask for assistance selecting the proper keys with the correct fittings and was met with a faster response than 90% of the customer service areas I contact regularly (working in business management). The staff responded within 24-hours and requested I send photos of the keys next to the fittings so they could guide me.
2. "I ordered the correct keys and they didn't fit:" Sorry... but it appears like YOU didn't order the correct keys. I understand that is frustrating and a waste of money, but don't blame the company for your mistake and expect them to correct it. Maybe act slower and take your time before finalizing an order. Be considerate of the insane number of variations between laptop manufacturer key styles.
3. "Provide fake shipping links/My order never showed up or showed up way late!" - Not sure if you are ordering from outside the US, but if you are, it appears this is your first time placing an order from outside your country, and that's okay, but it TYPICALLY takes an extremely long time to get a product shipped over seas, no matter the size. The shipping link I received was 100% legitimate and accurate outside of one thing... the product showed up 2 days EARLIER than the shipping quote suggested.
4. "Don't trust 5-star reviews because they are the company supporting themselves:" If you think I am a bot, or an employee of this company you are wrong. I went out of my way to post a review on this site to address the 30% 1-star reviews that seem outlandish to me after my experience.
5. "They didn't approve my negative review:" Well, when your complaining about the company as a whole in response to a mistake that YOU made, I wouldn't approve the review either. The fact that people (myself included) feel qualified to leave a review that they want to negatively impact the company is absurd. "

"It's such a small business, charges only a few dollars for one key, and can save big money repair in store. Many people write bad reviews just to vent their anger, I also sell product online so understand the pressure from the buyers, tracking is something out of control, I believe they do their best efforts to help us fix the keyboard. The replacement keys are not like clothes or shoes, it needs 100% the same, my experience don't buy whatever you think right, you can email them first, they will help you find the right key. Anyway, this business is really good and smart."

"I purchased a replacement key from them and didn't receive the item. It was clearly lost in postage but after countless attempts at resolving this issue with their woeful customer support, I had to result to a PayPal dispute. Only after logging the dispute did they start to communicate, but PayPal ruled in my favour. I was finally refunded after 2 months.
I was left inconvenienced (I had to buy a new keyboard as, although I had left ample time, the part didn't arrive before international travel). I strongly suggest you shop elsewhere."
