"Recently, I cleaned up a Lenovo Ideapad Flex 4 keyboard and needed replacements. Because the exact model was not listed on their site, I e-mailed customer support and asked if they had a product that would work. They replied within 10 minutes of my e-mail, even though it was a Saturday, and requested photos to verify which product would work. Less than a week later, they shipped me two replacement keys, which fit perfectly and resolved all of my issues. The keys included a new underlying scissor mechanism and rubber membranes.
