"My rating is ZERO-POINT-ZERO!!! As far as I'm concerned, it was totally useless to me. I wanted to find the correct A/C charging port for a 1998 Chevy Lumina. When you go to the "Manual" you are sent to the Auto Zone site. I've already tried the AZ site several times in the past, and it has NEVER given me any usefull information.
When I sent them an email, he said to use a different manual on his site. There was no link to it like he said. The whole installation was a joke, and very little worked. TOTAL RIPOFF!!

"Total rip off. DO NOT BUY!! They give you information that you can find on the web with little effort. Nothing specific. I wanted information specifically for GMC Jimmy, Hyundai Sonata and Nissan Altima but all they give is general information on how to repair a few things. Information you can get on the web yourself. I asked for a refund and it's been a week and a half and I've had NO REPLY from them. So much for their 100% satisfaction or your money back. I am contacting my credit card to see if anything can be done, also the BBB and the federal authority for internet scams."

doing brake job on 2007 pontiac G6, it does not have specific information for the rear disc brakes, I complained that it only had a link to Autozone's manual(for more money) they sent me a newer version with a link to a college website (not ethical) it too does not have spec info for my car, I had to buy a Haines manual to get my car back on the road, they will not mail me back with my refund, trash software, and worthless gaurentee"
