"I have botten everything they sell honestly even for my friends.... But the one problem I have is when it comes to customer service they are a pain in the A$$! I can't find a number to call unless its activisions number so I talk to activision they tell me the game is broken and to return it to red octane using an RMA form so I say okay.... I fill out the form I get accepted I send the game in. 7 days later. No e-mail nothing saying they even recieved the game. I send redoctane an e-mail the day they recieved the package which would be march 25th. They e-mail back 2 days later saying sure give us the tracking number and we will see if we got it. I e-mailed them back almost 2 mins after I got there e-mail still no response its like I have to wait in line everytime I respond to them. Worst service ever. I'd rather wait on the phone for 2 hours to talk to someone and solve the problem in 5 hours then to wait 2 weeks to find out if they even recieved my game and are sending me a new one! I love how they ship things though there stuff is secure and has never been damaged mine is just a sound deffect that was on the disc itself."

Does Red octane care? Let's see if they reply. They reply and didn't read the posting. I clearly said that I did attempt to contact service BEFORE trying for the RMA. I waited more than 2 days for service to reply. It took 2 minutes for the rma generator to reply half a day before I finally got a reply from my original email. "We make every effort to reply within 12 hours" was the autoreply from my original emai. I did email them again concerning the shipping fiasco two days ago. Update: After being contacted by the manager of the service department, Redoctane.com did refund my $51 shipping charges and ship a replacement unit. The new unit seems to be functioning well, but I will report again after the 90 day warranty period expires. It took over 15 emails back and forth and this posting to get the matter to this point."
