"I ordered a metal ddr pad from them and they shipped it very fast. The metal pad sucked. It broke in less than a month. I then sent it back to them to exchange it for a new one. Two weeks later they send me a new one. I happy so far, but when i start playing the up button is not very responsive. I open up the pad and noticed they messed up on assembling it and put the sensor thingy and in the wrong place. Only idiots do this. Never buy their metal ddr dance pad!"

I called and sent e-mails to the custome service and they were very responsive. I had no trouble with shipments and timely delivery. When I need another console game I will call them again.
