"The radio I received had parts missing from the factory. One of the band selector buttons was missing. A quick E Mail and Picture prompted a quick replacement to be sent out.

"Had an issue with a radio I purchased from Radioddity. Emailed Customer Support and received a return email the next day.! The Tech, David and I walked thru all the trouble shooting step and we determined the radio was defective. Tech said he was passing this info to a Customer Service Representative for return and a replacement radio. Customer Service Rep Nora emailed me the next day and emailed me a pre-paid return shipping label for return of defective radio. Returned radio and notified Rep and then received an email with replacement shipping notice the next day. Great Customer Service! Thanks David and Nora! Thanks Radioddity!"

"I had an issue with an antenna not tightening all the way down which is a known issue with the baofeng gmrs radio. Issue was resolved quickly. Took off one star because this is a known issue that could have been avoided."
"I was unable to use a discount code that was listed on a product page and their Customer Service Representative made an exception for me due to it being an error on their part that the code was still being advertised. They came through for me and were decent about the situation. Rather than just saying it had expired and too bad, they just made an exception. They owned their mistake and made it right. I'm very impressed by the way they handled the situation. I ended up buying the item because of their integrity regarding this issue. "I came across an issue with one of my radios. Even though, I didn't buy this particular radio from here, I took a chance and asked for their help. Without hesitation, the team was on it. I received an email from Echo letting me know they will research it for me. After about a week or two, Echo sent a follow up email to inform me the manufacturer had not contacted them yet. In the meantime, I received an email from David with all the information, plus more than I anticipated.
That to me is the Customer Service I remember seeing as a kid growing up. I highly recommend Radioddity for your future radio purchases. They gave me a great deal last year on my G90 package.

"I ordered a Xiegu X6100 on June 2023 from Radioddity. From some kind of logistics error I got a used unit. I contacted Radioddity and they immediately checked the serial, confirmed that it was some kind of shipping error and immediately dispatched a brand new unit. Got the new unit yesterday and it was in an updated smaller sealed box with latest firmware installed and production date on April 2023. I was reluctant to buy a 650euro unit from abroad but after my experience I respect Radioddity and Xiegu for their after sales service. Thank you so much guys!!
