"My story about pugster is very strange. I ordered 15 charms and tried to cancel 3 of them by phone. No answer. Three to five e-mails. Finally got reply said were sending them out. They came within 3 days. This is the best part. When originally tried to contact to cancel 3 items and could't get an immediate response,and after reading numerous scary reviews about this company,I contacted my bank and had them refuse payment. I now have $70.00 worth of pugsters charms and they have no payment. Have tried to contact them to resolve this matter and no-one will get back to me. Is this a kick in the pants? Their neglect of customers has backfired on them."

"This company is a f***ing joke!!!!!!!!! I ordered on Dec 12th and have still NOT received my order. I have tried to contact them through email and by phone and cannot get ahold of anyone. I used a secure site and my own username and my credit card was also hacked into with fraudulent charges!!! This is ridiculous and this site needs to be shut down. I will be forwarding my concerns to the proper authorities!"

"Ordered 8 different charms and only received 7. Prior to this ordered $50 dollars worth of items and waited 15 days to have them ship out the items. They should not advertise so aggressively if they can not fill the orders in time. This was my last time doing business with them. If you LIKE CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE, RECEIVING INCORRECT ITEMS, NOT RECEIVING ALL ITEMS YOU PAY FOR, AND NOT HEARING FROM THE STORE ABOUT COMMUNICATION, THEN YOU WILL LIKE PUGSTER.COM.

"I placed an order on Tuesday, and had questions that I wanted to talk to the company about regarding my order status. After trying TONS of times to contact them, both through phone and emails, and getting no responses, I started to get worried. Then after reading everyone's posts on here this morning, I went ahead and called my credit card company and cancelled the order. I do not want to chance it by waiting a few weeks to see if I get my order, especially since a few of you said that your card was then charged more later! Thanks for the reviews... I'm really glad they were here for me to see before it was too late!"

"EVERYONE PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE OR AFTER POSTING YOUR MESSAGES!!
I am not sure exactly what is going on with this site, nor why everyone else (including my mother in law) is having such problems with them. Are any of you with complaints actual registered users of the site? Meaning, did any of you take the time to input your information so that you could sign in for your orders, or did you simply order as "guests"? I only ask because I recently placed an order (December 13 and then again on December 19) and included the 2-3 day shipping (for the extra charge) as well. Both of my orders were sent to me without delay even though it was a within a week or two of Christmas. However, my mother in law ordered on the 18th WITHOUT registering her info, but instead signed in as a guest, as of today (January 5, 2012) she has still not received her merchandise nor any responses from the company. So I did some research. I located the realtor that the company purchased the building from and was informed that there was a severe wind storm that knocked down power lines all over the city of Pasadena (which where Pugster is located) and that they and several other businesses are in the process of restoring their services. I was also informed that they have been and are continuing to be overwhelmed with calls from missed orders. However, in defense of my mother in law, I do not understand how knocked down power lines are related to delayed and non delivered items. Just every start the year off right, be patient and keep calling them. I hope you all get either what you ordered or your money back. Also, I AM NOT A REPRESENTATIVE OF THIS COMPANY. I really did order the European charm bracelet and beads for both my sister in law and my mother in law, they both got them on Christmas. The ironic part is the beads and bracelet my mother in law is waiting on were supposed to be my presents. Got figure.

"I had previously ordered (non-holiday season) from Pugster and all arrived in a timely fashion. HOWEVER, I placed an order on Dec 07 - with priority mail as it was a gift for my god-child. As of today (Jan 4) I still haven't rec'd the items. In addition, the phone number is useless to call. The online chat is NOT online. Email contact does NOT address your issue, but just gives you a "thank you for your business, we are busy..." return email not quite in standard english."

"Wow! I really wish I had come across these reviews, before, I too, ordered from Pugster. I also ordered some charms and got it quickly, then ordered again on December 20, 2011, was promised by Christmas Eve and now it is January 4, 2012 and still have not received my order. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. I advise everyone to do the same. Pugster is a thief!!!!! "

"I placed an order on 12/17/11 and paid $9.00 extra for priority shipping to receive in 2-3 days so I could get it far enough in advance of Christmas; however I did not receive the package until after Christmas. Then when I did receive it, it was missing 2 of the 9 charms I had ordered, even though I was charged for the full order. I have tried calling Pugster several times on both lines and no one ever answers and there is no voicemail option. I have also emailed and have not gotten a response regarding the missing charms. I would appreciate a response to either receive a refund for the missing charms or the expedited shipping charge I paid but did not receive on time. "

"BUYERS BEWARE!!! ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I made 2 orders to Pugster. One I received very quickly and completely but the other one was shipped nine days after it was made and was missing 3 beads of which I have paid for. No response by telephone or email. Also both cards that I used on the orders have been compromised and I know it had to have been them because I did not use them anywhere else. Can't trust them!!! "

"Wish I could give a NO star rating...This is the worse company I have every dealt with. Items received after they said they would, debited my checking account for items that WERE NOT shipped. Customer service is non-existent. Nobody answers phone, emails or online chat. Buyers BEWARE. I will never buy from this company again, even if giving away items! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!! Wish I had done research before ordering. Looks like I have been screwed!!!"
