"The products are nice (although it took 3 different orders for the writing on a custom Italian charm to be correct; but the company was very responsive in re-doing, and re-doing, and re-doing the charm). Downside: the Italian charms are miserable to get on.
Huge Downside: the packaging is COMPLETELY ENVIRONMENTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE!!!! Each item -every single little bead or charm- comes packaged in its own plastic bag. I ordered dozens of beads, and got dozens of non-recyclable plastic bags. I wanted the beads, not the plastic, because I like to make jewelry, not destroy the environment!!!"

"I place my order for 8 beads on Friday afternoon. I paid for standard shipping which is 6 to 9 days. I received my order on Monday. The beads were exactly what I was looking for. I reccomend buyers use PayPal when buying anything online even when it's a secure site."

"Company is horrible!! Be prepared to have a wrong order and they will want you to pay to return it for their mistake!! Ordered 3 different braceletts and 1 was right, the other two were made for a 1 or 2 year olds wrist. And I'm 115 lbs i have small hands and it was too small to even use. I contacted them three times to correct the issue and finally had it they're resolution was for me to pay to send it back for exchange or me to send them back for credit. And one of the beads i ordered was totally misshapen and i couldn't even use it. Poor quality as well they feel as though they are plastic. Will never purchase again."
