Then to top it off I'd paid the additional $5.99 assembly fee, which were never assembled. Also, 3 pieces were not enclosed in my package and I've not been reimbursed for them ($45.96). Finally, I call their numbers 888-PUGSTER and ***-***-****, to no avail, since i've been on hold for over 45 minutes each time. I'll reach out to the better business bureau."

The order was placed without my confirmation! PLUS the 33% discount for using code BASKETS, which Pugster emailed to me, DID NOT WORK!! My Paypal was charged the entire amount. This is outrageous and illegal and I am not going to tolerate it!!"

"Horrible experience. Shipping was like a 2 week wait! I finally received the charms and 2 days later the color was coming off the charms. It went from silver to copper. What a waste of money! I could have just bought one real charm from Pandora for the price I paid for these two that I had to throw away 2 days later. Very upset! "

"I order 11 Pandora beads and I was so excited that I couldn't wait 6-9 days, so I paid the extra $9.00 for 2-3 day delivery. Which I did receive my order within the 2-3 days. The items on line looked really nice, but when I opened it to see how nice they were. I very disappointed because they were not as nice as on line. I did use a few of them on my pandora bracelet, just to see how they would look with my other "real" pandora bead/charms. At first it looked okay, but within the 2 days I wore them the charms started fading!!!! The bead/charms is a very poor product. Very cheap looking. That's what I get for not getting sterling silver! I knew then why they were so cheap!!! "
"I actually stepped outside of amazon and went directly to the vendor's site... not something I usually do, however pugster had some great coupons and it was extremely beneficial to go to their site directly.
Their site was easy to navigate, and I ended up getting a lot more (for my gf for xmas) than I would have because of the low prices (+deals on the low prices) and how easy it was to find items related to what I was looking for.
The shipping was quite fast, and items were adequately packed.
I got 8 belly rings from straight/fixed to longer dangles. My gf hasn't tried all of them yet, but she's very happy w/the ones she has tried and remarked that the straight ones actually fit/look good in her belly, whereas others (from other stores) have not.
Because of the amazing deals/coupons and the ease of use of the site, I'll definitely be using them in the future."
