So first and last purchase from Pugster. I would have been happy to pay overnight shipping to have my item in time for Christmas, I just didn't know it would take 20 days to ship."
"My shopping experience with Pugster has been a good one. I placed my order December 8 and I received it on December 11. I keep reading reviews that state they paid extra and didn't get their orders on time . I did not pay extra for shipping and I live across the country from Pugster. All of my beads and bracelet look exactly like the pictures online. I am very happy with it! Based on other reviews I would not have purchased from Pugster so I am glad I didn't see them until now. I did notice that if you purchase any item under a certain price they add more shipping to that individual item. That may be how some people were having higher shipping costs."

"Yes when I placed my order it stated that any amount over $67. for international orders your order would be free for shipping. I find I have been charged just over $25. for the shipping costs. If your not going to follow through don't advertise that you are my order is well over $100."

"I am pretty disappointed. There is a disclaimer stating "Please Note: All personalizations are case sensitive and will be produced EXACTLY as submitted. Once you place an order it cannot be cancelled or altered due to the customization of the item. SHIPS 4-6 WEEKS FROM ORDER DATE". However, when you go to pay there is an option for an upgraded delivery fee option for a 2-3 day delivery. This would imply that you are paying to receive the item in 2-3 days. When 5 days had passed I called customer service to see where my gift was and they said that the 2-3 days referred to "after the 4-6 weeks to make the necklace". As if this was a hand carved item and not a machine made necklace that takes 5 minutes to turn out. As if 2-3 days after you've already waited over a month to receive the item would make any difference at all. The necklace was supposed to be a gift for my niece for her 13th birthday which is in 2 days and I do not have time to buy another gift. It will be pretty embarrassing to show up to her party without a present in hand. I will NOT be using pugster again!!!!"

"This company is clearly fraudulent. I placed an order 9 days ago. I paid for upgraded shipping (2-3 days). I NEVER received a confirmation of my order, yet the paypal charge went through my account a day later. The status on my order never changed from "will ship soon". I emailed 4 days after the fact to cancel since they clearly had not even shipped out yet. No response. Started a live chat today with a very rude rep and was told that my order was cancelled magically the day before I actually emailed them? BS. And that my refund was in process. Still have never received any sort of communication back from them besides the live chat. BUYER BEWARE. "
"Worst company and customer service- ever! They lie about when they ship your order. They send a tracking number that does not show up in USPS tracking even 4 days after it supposedly shipped, and they don't answer their phones!!! I just sat on the phone for over 20 minutes listening to their non-stop repeating message saying that "they will transfer me to a representative now", and did not get transfered but instead got hung up on. I tried calling back and it now says "the person you are trying to reach is out today. If you need further assistance, press the pound key now. (I press the pound key) Thank you and good bye". I have no idea if I am going to receive the gift I spent a whole day picking out and creating for my niece and that I already paid for. Oh and I tried emailing them, and no one ever responded. This company sucks!"
"Extremely upset regarding shipping costs. Spent almost 4 hours on sight was carefully watching costs in shopping cart including what it said regarding shipping. It kept indicating FREE SHIPPING!!!!!! Then when the final cost came up AFTER submitting order, there was over $80 for shipping costs! Went WAY over my budget!!!! Would have like to have know REAL shipping costs not some scam!!!!!!!"
