"After reading reviews about Puget Systems (and dodging a bullet with iBUYPOWER and CyberPOWER "like-new" but not really new PCs--read their policies carefully to find that out--no wonder their prices are low--you get what you pay for: a PC with used parts) I went with Puget Systems.
I dislike when reviewers write stuff like, "great, Wow!" and all the rest but Puget Systems really does deserve that praise. Their class and knowledge during the building phase was fantastic, and the PC I received was a work of art. They care, and it shows.
I built my last 2 PCs myself and I know quality when I see it. Now, I can write about building your own PC and I can write about swimming but people who never built their own PC and people who never tried to swim just won't get it. I can tell you, "Wow, these guys are great," but until you buy one of their systems and say "Wow!" yourself, you really won't know what I mean. I can see the care and thought that was put into my system. I got what I paid for--Quality all around.
If you're undecided, buy with confidence from Puget Systems. They will sell you quality while
the other low cost "...Powers" will only ship you a refurbished system that will probably arrive DOA; and then good luck trying to get that fixed with their rude, arrogant sales/tech reps.
If you read all these reviews, the rare times that a Puget PC does need tech support, that support is given quickly and the problem is always resolved quickly. That's why Puget has a rating approaching 10.

"From start to finish this was an incredibly positive experience. I have bought custom PCs from many other boutiques (most of the big ones, if you are googling around) for development builds. Nothing - absolutely nothing - compares to the build quality and individual attention to detail that I have gotten at Puget. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with, there was never any confusion, custom changes/tweaks were easy to get integrated, and most importantly the machine is an absolute horse.

The computer was packed up efficiently and safely! Everything was labeled, there even was a nice binder with set up info and then every single diagnostic check during the PCs build, so I know that everything was checked! Extra wires/screws if you're planning on adding your own hardware, which I did and was very easy!
Anthony was very helpful and responsive if I had any questions during the build process.
Everything seems great so far! Excited to start gaming on my new PC!"
"I purchased a Puget Systems workstation for photo and video editing and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Because of the current pandemic and supply chain issues they say that they will be 4-5 weeks but they performed in less than half that time. Puget Systems kept me updated on the progress of my order and build with very meticulous detail. "For many years I've built my own PCs but with the shortage of high-end GPUs this year it became very difficult to find what I wanted at a reasonable price. After losing patience with that process I decided to look into a PC integrator as they seem to be able to get the parts I want. I found Puget in an online search for PC builders. This was born out by my personal experience when I contacted them. BJ returned my call promptly and provided great advice in terms of getting me what I needed without overselling me. "Nice purchasing experience with lots updates on build process. Had early technical issue that support team guided me through. In the end it was a 3rd party plug-in glitch, unrelated to my new computer. For me it was a big investment to order something like this online but because of other positive reviews I was comfortable doing so. "I normally build my own PC, which I use for photo editing, but try getting a modern video card, let alone an in-demand AMD processor lately. I looked at several outfits selling assembled computers, and Puget Systems stood out for using high quality components as well as a unique and extensive library of information resources geared toward users like me, as opposed sites that are more devoted to gamers. And their price was quite fair (even assuming I could find the same parts myself, which I can't).
Puget Systems kept me abreast of the status of the build, from staging of the parts to final inspection and shipping. They also provided helpful pictures and screen shots. The PC as shipped was well assembled, with a clean layout of internal components and cables. I was able to add my own additional drives without any issues.

"Before I called Puget Systems, I researched a number prebuilt system vendors. I spent numerous hours on YouTube and Google. As I went through this exercise, I found that prices varied about 50% from the lowest to the highest for a system that I thought would satisfy my needs.
