"Nathan was extremely helpful and got me the best possible system for my situation. I definitely recommend Puget Systems."
"Nathan did a superlative job in helping me decide what I would require for my use of the desktop. Especially given my current computer is over 10 years old. He was also good in helping assess the cost vs utility issue. "
"Already impressed with the customer service. Patient & thorough discussion of all the options, pre-emptive trouble-shooting, overall a very positive experience."
"In August 2022, I give them a request to build a computer that can handle 16 monitors.
I am a consumer and I know NOTHING about computers.
They sent me a proposal that cost me $8,449.30
An astronomical amount for a computer.
I agreed to pay it, providing it works.
my AX credit card was charged $8,449.30
I got the computer and it did not work as advertised.
After numerous attempts and calls with IT for tech support, I received many conflicting messages.
First I was told that I had to buy on Amazon adaptors.
So I spent another $350.
Then I was told that I was supposed to buy "smart" adaptors with a chip. I had no idea there was such a thing.
another $350 was spent.
then it still did not work.
After a month of back-and-forth emails and calls, they agreed to refund my money (of course I still lost the $700 in adapters).
So, I used the shipping labels that they provided me and I spent an additional $70 so UPS will package and wrap it properly.
So, a week AFTER you received the computer you sent me an email stating that the package was damaged? I got a partial refund...I lost more than $2,500. "
"Fantastic in every aspect. From an informed sales staff, to unparalleled support. Always on point and extremely helpful."
"Nathan helped me a lot with the purchase - I can't thank him enough for taking the time to answer my questions."
"This is my second system from Puget Systems. The first build was the cleanest I have ever seen from a supplier. I didn't want less this time."
"They made sure they knew all the needs and requirements and catered to them the best way possible!"
"Eli walked me through building an entire system for my 3D needs. I felt confident afterwards that every part was perfefct and that I was getting the best workstation possible for my needs. "
"The customer service is top notch.
The experience is catered to the customers needs, in fact they make you feel like a client not just a customer walking in the door.
They collaborate with you to figure out what workstation will best suit your needs.

"Had them build a system for the living room, works beautifully. They inform you of every step of the process and can answer any questions you might have. The only SI to use."
"The Technical Sales helped spec a machine that met my performance needs and budget. The build team posted updates to my account so I could easily track progress. The machine arrived ahead of their estimated schedule and was ready for set-up when I pulled it out of the box."
"I routinely use a variety of demanding Adobe software, including Premiere Pro, Lightroom Classic, Photoshop. Unfortunately, the more accomplished I became in using the software, the more CPU and memory demands were being placed on my existing computers. I have an electrical and computer engineering background, so analyzing the problem was easy. First, I went on the HP and Dell websites to attempt to customize the right tower configuration. That was a frustrating experience that didn't yield what I was after while still costing a lot of money. More importantly - I just wanted to be the end user and not the designer.
Thanks to Puget Systems and Jeff Stubbers I was able to create an appropriate configuration that would serve my applications and workflow perfectly. Not only was the eventual computer built to address my needs, software utilization, and outputs - but the custom build process employed numerous tests and quality control processes to ensure that my computer would work as Jeff and I discussed. Moreover, my final build cost was extremely competitive with quotes I had worked up on numerous occasions on other sites - but with the added bonus of a live consultant who understood what I needed.
Admittedly, I am more anal (OCD) than most and therefore thoroughly enjoyed the numerous status updates by each of the Puget Systems team members involved in building, testing, and packaging my computer. What I eventually received, and setup remains the most amazing computer I have ever owned. It allows me to accomplish in mere minutes what took hours previously. I just feel like I went from a Smart Car to a Ferrari - thanks to Puget Systems.
That addresses the computer build! The real story is Jon Bach's vision and mission to make this a personal experience and not simply an internet transaction. That has been accomplished many times over! What a refreshing way to do business in 2022! That's why I am totally bought into Jon Bach and Puget Systems. Your computer is built by a well-trained team that cares about you and what you will do with the computer they build for you! Would you pay a premium for it when it comes with the Puget Systems support during the time you own one of their custom build computers? Absolutely I would!! I would and have encouraged other to do this as well - you will never regret it. I spend 12-15 hours a day in front of my computers, so this is the best buying decision ever!
I totally trust Puget Systems! I totally believe in Puget Systems. I'm pleased to own a Puget Systems computer and thrilled to recommend them to everyone I know!

"First off the computer works great and the value is the best I found (most up to date parts for the same price as a couple generations old tech on other sites). Even the listed reseller on Solidworks' own website cant compare to the value. That being said I have a couple small gripes but they are just small gripes meant for constructive criticism not as a scathing review. Firstly, and most importantly, I wish there was an option for a more breathable case. When you have components that get as hot as 12th gen intel and a blower style GPU I just really want the ability to choose a mesh front panel to help airflow and cool the components so they aren't running so warm. Secondly, the DDR5 ram that is advertised is 4800mhz which would be great, but they run at half that. When you have ram running at 2400 CL38 it just stings a little when its a on a nearly $6k computer. The last complaint is with the thermal images. I get the marketing as it looks "cool" but it basically does nothing when it comes to actual heat issues. Having a picture showing my GPUs back plate at 50-60 degrees C under load while the side panel is off is a little misleading. Just having the graph showing the core component temps from the sensors (which is shown after the pictures) gives me way more important info and in my opinion. The thermal camera being first and larger almost feels a little like a distraction from the actually important temps (which again could be better if there was an option for a more airflow oriented case).
Overall this is a good computer, and I would still recommend if you need a high end prebuilt workstation."
"I was surprised by their customer service quality. People should try this online store for the best offers and good quality products
