It followed years of banging my head against the limitations of obsolescent hardware, denials from in-house IT staff, and apprehension towards switching operating systems. "This is the third PC I have bought from Puget since 2005 and the build quality and service have been excellent every time. The Sales consultants went above and beyond answering all my questions during the sales process and Support was nothing but helpful with my Windows 11 and other questions. One thing I really like about Puget is that I can purchase a truly custom PC. They have no problem installing hardware they don't carry as long as I supply it, including my SoundBlaster AE-9 sound card and, in one of my previous systems, a Canopus video capture card. Their QA process, custom shipping materials and general attention to detail have generally ensured a trouble-free experience. All of my systems have been reliable and handled hardware upgrades well over the years. They also have cooling and quiet PCs down to a science - despite choosing an Intel Core X processor, my system runs both quiet and cool. Sometimes, I can't even tell by the sound if it's even turned on. Documentation and the recovery tools are also very helpful. You can't go wrong with this outfit."
