"The led lights on my hood burned out after 5years of use. Replacing them was no problem with help from service department. They were prompt in responding to my emails and getting the correct lights out to me right away. I would recommend Proline Hoods if your looking for a quality product and great service.

"We purchased a PLFW.115.30 March 2014. The hood has performed great. The four speed fan is a big plus. The lights let you see whats on the stove top. We have been very pleased with it. In August 2020 the hood started acting up. The light would come on and off on its own. The fan would change speeds without touching the button. I called ProLine and got immediate help from them. I opened a ticket as instructed and received a response the next day. I attached pictures of the suspect parts and reported how it acted. I am very pleased with the help from the service department and the quick response. If I have to replace the hood in the future I will purchase another ProLine."
