"We are happy with our original range hood purchase a few years ago and in spite shipping the wrong size upper chimney. We called and the correct part was shipped promptly. Unfortunately two of the LED lights burned out after two years, those were replaced by Proline. The remaining two burned out and we placed and payed for four LED replacement light order in earlier this year. After waiting 4-5 months, I called and spoke twice with Brendon. The second time he was rude and raised his voice. I called for the customer service manager and I was disconnected. I understand that you have no control over your suppliers, but you need to have better customer service."
"My ProLine undercabinet hood PLJW 185.30 has been working without any issues. It creates perfect ventilation in my kitchen and no cooking smells circulation withing the house. You can see the unit capturing the smoke and grease while ventilating. The unit is reasonably quiet and efficient. The best part : filters are dishwasher-safe and don't need replacement. The Proline customer service is great - I needed the lamps replaced. They responded by email and Instagram right away. I would recommend this product and company to other consumers. "
" I have an issue with the touchpad on my ProLine exhaust fan. I contacted ProLine and was asked to email my request and issue, I figured this was just a put off. Boy was I wrong, I got a quick response asking for a picture of my touchpad, another quick response and I touchpad was sent out. My hood was in 2016 was really pleased out the outstanding customer support and attention to detail. Great Job!!
