And that they would send them out to me as soon as they are available. I was very happy to be able to talk with a person apposed to an automated system."

"I bought my fume hood 7 years ago and recently the circuit board failed. It's the only problem I've had with the hood the whole time. I called ProLine to ask for help in diagnosing the problem and they agreed to send a new board over right away. Very happy with the product and service."

I had an issue with my hood and called for help, the lady on the phone was very quick to help and sent me an email right away with a link to create a ticket for a replacement part. After completing that I received an email the same day with the information on how I would get my part. Fast and easy service! "
"Bought this model as we removed the microwave which left little space for cooking. ProLine offered this model which was very slim and streamlined. I installed this myself but would rate this as a mid level install and not for those not handy with respect to construction projects.
Overall the unit is great. Looks wise it is very sleek and the blue lights around the buttons are a nice touch. Wish the light had a low and high level, instead of just one level. Fans work well and more than adequately remove steam at good rates.
Would recommend this to others looking for a slim profile range hood, but not wanting to spend high amounts of money for very low profile models. "
