"Do not shop at Primotronix. Here is what they do. You order, they then send you an email telling you to call them. When you call they say that the camera you purchased only has a battery that lasts 20 minutes and you need to upgrade for $60. Even after you upgrade it takes weeks for your order. I ordered 18 days ago and still have not received my camera. They have not even sent me a tracking number after numerous requests. Stay away!"

After waiting a month for my receiver I called and was told it wouldn't come in for another 2 weeks but that it would be overnighted to me as soon as it was in stock. Two weeks after it was supposed to arrive I called again. Was put on hold 3 times for 20 minutes after I gave them my name(clearly because they didn't want to talk to me). I hung up, called back, asked to cancel the order and they did it in two seconds. DON'T TRUSTS THEM! They wouldn't just come out and be truthful. I have used many on-line sellers for electronics, but these guys are the "Primo" example of why some in the industry have a bad name."

"Ordered a DSLR in April, they contacted me to say it was on back-order and we'd have to wait for it. Unfortunately it's end of July and I had to call to find out it's still on back-order so I cancelled the order. They are courteous; didn't charge my credit card even when I placed the order. I'm not complaining - just suggesting you find out if they'll have the item ready to ship."
